Hey everyone, welcome to another weekly Sunday night instalment.
As the title says, this customer was getting very concerned that his colourful driveway and patio was becoming so dirty and infested with organic growth, that he thought it maybe difficult to restore it to its former glory. I reassured him, put my money where my mouth was, and showed him otherwise.

Nick, you have doing this for 13 years, and you know your business. You know what to do and how to do it. Do not let armchair critics tell you how to do your work. I believe that the vast majority of us appreciate the experience, quality and dedication of your work, and I, for one, thoroughly enjoy your videos. I am from Canada and we don't typically have walkways, driveways and patios that are laid blocks. Most of ours are concrete, so seeing what you deal with in the U.K. is truly interesting and entertaining. Just do what you do best!

I’m an Irish viewer here in Dublin. I have seen a few of your job videos. I have to say I would not give you 100% on the outcome of that clean. I would go OUT OF MY WAY and purposely give you 1000%. I’m sorry I’m not in the UK to recommend future clients. But I’m totally impressed. Work well done. If this was equivalent of a TRIVAGO HOTEL review. For standards it has to be nothing more than a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️for me. Keep up the good work.

The information about the sand is very interesting. I understand absolutely nothing about it, and I watch it because I like seeing the results after a good cleanse. It's cool that I learn new things too! Thanks!

Interesting the color theme was carried from the driveway to the patio tiles in back. "The clock ticking" to get done in one day was evident between the large area to clean and the needs to treat and re-sand as well. Having sample original areas, under the cars and the covered patio in back, gave comparisons. Thank you for the drain sump explanation and seeing you wash down the drain and clean the sump. Enjoying seeing the colors already starting to improve. 9:20. Pretty impressive the Mossmatic has held up so well. It looks like reasonable weather turned more chilly. Storm clouds and you put on a heavier jacket. Liked your test/proof of good sanding. Those were really good Before and After photos. That was pretty extreme color change and added good looks for the property.

So awesome, I love it! Triple colors evenly distributed but without making a too much obvious pattern. This is awesome, especially with that size. The slabs of the patio don't seem to have ever been pointed but I have a feeling that they are supposed to be that way. How do they work? Aaahh, a shoutout! Hey Tatjana, thanks so much, I couldn't agree more. Apparently the slabs had sand applied like with the blocks, but the owner didn't want that, he was going to apply setting sand after I had finished, Dansand I think it might be called. 🥰

So many companies here in Surrey charging £5 sqm and not even using hypo, and the results are terrible! But the customers think they have done an okay job, until they see our results. Have another lined up tomorrow, yes still without the XJET! 😂hmm@@PrestigeExternalCleaning

Who comes back to deal with black spot after sanding 😄. Another driveway tomorrow, still no xjet! Can't get my head around the price! Can easily afford it but, £200+ for an applicator!
