At VA, our mission is to provide top-notch customer service and customer experience for Veterans, Service members, and the staff who support them, including School Certifying Officials (SCOs). Our Digital GI Bill® efforts center on improving VA programs and systems to fit our customers’ needs, not the other way around.
Enrollment Manager is a new system that was built for SCOs, with SCOs. From pre-launch to post-go-live, we engaged SCOs every step of the way through usability testing sessions, in-person workshops and events, and a first-of-its-kind Customer Experience Group. We worked collaboratively with skilled system experts to provide hands-on support and drive results.
