Taylor, your voice is so calming. My 7yr old son has autism and doesn't sit still at all but he has been next to me this entire video - relaxed and zoning in on your video. It's pretty neat because this never happens. I honestly think when he starts having melt downs I'm going to try and put your videos on and see if just your talking will sooth his anxiety ❤

That shade darkener is a godsend. So many brands tend to think that darker skin tones are all red/orange undertones. Even though we are on the opposite end of the shade spectrum I still enjoy watching your videos. So informative

I notice that too - all of the deeper shades look super warm toned! I wonder what companies are thinking when they create shades (other than WHAT WILL SELL). I am very pale w neutral undertones. I feel like they've been getting a little better at offering more fair shades BUT I think that's bc fair shades are selling more for highlighting purposes. I'm trying out RCMA right now. 💖

They actually have two darker shade mixers, 0+ and 0++. Face Atelier is the bomb and one of the few foundation lines I carry in my professional kit.

I have fair skin with yellow undertone and always struggle to find the shade too. Why most companies think that ppl with fair skin must have either pink or neutral undertone? Most of the times the lightest shade with yellow undertone is too dark for me.

would you consider doing a collab with jackie aina (or any black makeup youtuber) where you guys take a foundation & compare the fair & rich formulas in a regular review but also seeing if they're different (ie the light formula is diff than the darker...etc), their shade inclusivity...etc.

Hana O'Glatison nyx has an olive toned mixer. It's not straight green but has an olive tone to it

Oh I swatched that one in a store but it's very similar to some other olive toned foundations I used to have (to mix of course) in that it's dark and not green enough for me. Idk how to explain it but my body is very very green and nothing I've tried has matched me perfectly.

I also have olive undertones on my skin to where I look very yellow. I'm using the urban decay correcting fluid in yellow as a color correcter in my foundation. Kinda acts as a hightlighter when I place it on my bare face since it blends so well for my skin tone.

I've been using the face atelier white mixer for a few years and I absolutely love it. it's pigmented enough so that you don't need a lot but it improves the formula of any foundation I add it too and I found it very sweat proof/water resistant, I usually do set with a powder though. Haven't tried the foundation on its own but the white mixer is amazing.

I just love how you actually zoom in and show us what you're talking about when you're discussing the foundation's performance on your skin. One of my pet peeves with other gurus is them not zooming in far enough so it still looks fabulous, or them zooming in but only for a second so we really can't see anything. Maybe they're afraid to show a foundation that doesn't look absolutely flawless on their skin, but your demonstrations, are so, so helpful--especially for an oil slick like me!

Taylor I can't believe what some people complain about, I don't think you're New place is anything to complain about. As long as I get to see your videos I'm happy. Besides I know how you are and what ever you find wrong when you are editing you will fix. I'm so excited about this foundation especially the yellow mixer. I have rosacea and I already look red enough but I'm fair so a lot of the lighter foundations are on the pink side and the ones with gold under tones are usually too dark so this is perfect with that tiny bit of yellow you used demoing the mixer shows me you wouldn't have to use but a speck and there wouldn't be any change in the formula of the foundation you were using. Thank you so much for all that you share with us. You have saved me so much money on products I would have bought and then I see you try them out and I see things about them I know wouldn't have worked on me and I say thank God for Taylor. I'm so proud of all you have accomplished in your young life. And your lipstick is the bomb! I've been watching you since your old robe days and you just keep getting prettier! Thanks for everything you do for us! Love you girl!

I've been using the NYX white foundation mixer and some yellow concealer from LA Girl to help perfect my shade because a lot of my foundations are too dark, orange and or pink. I have more yellow undertones. I love it! I'm not pale but I'm not medium tone either. Kinda fair / light and it's so hard finding a perfect shade. It has saved my foundations. 👍🏻

I really love how glam and gorgeous you are even with acne. You were honestly the first KZfaqr I ever saw who was not like ashamed or just hid their acne. I love that you show that it's OKAY to wear a full face of makeup with acne! I feel like some people think that having acne means you can't contaminate your skin with foundation but you totally prove them wrong.

i love so much that makeup brands are starting to realize how many people need to change the foundation shades a little from light to dark. for my skin the lightest colors are ALWAYS still too dark on me and i know alot of black makeup wearers have issues with finding a good match as well so glad its getting easier to customize ur own foundation colors :)

I'm using a prescription acne treatment - erythromycin and benzoyl peroxide cream. It's making my skin so painfully dry and sensitive. I haven't been able to wear foundation because it's like putting foundation on sand. Heavy moisturizers break me out, so I haven't figured out how to make this more bearable. I just wanted to say thank you for making videos and braving the internet with a bare face. People can be so cruel and I'm sure you know that too well. My acne has crushed my self esteem and watching your videos genuinely makes me feel so much better. I think you're a beautiful person no matter what kind of day your skin is having and I'm trying to see myself the same way. Thank you for doing what you do.

This is probably my favorite foundation ever. So good for dry or combo skin. Looks like skin and when set with a powder later it looks freshly applied. Doesn't feel like anything on the skin.

You are so adorable!! I am a total makeup junkie and mostly foundation addict. Being transgendered I have to cover up a very slight shadow ( in process of laser hair removal ) so I basically have some texture from that and am always in the hunt for that perfect cover that looks like skin not too matte, etc.. the reason I say your adorable is because I’ve watched enough of your videos that I can see it in your eyes when we are in to a good base. My 1548 came in today! Really love the color, it pulls almost berry red on my skin. I don't own anything else like it. Also love the marble packaging, so unique!

Kudos to the baerrito family member who suggested this foundation. I think it looked beautiful on you Taylor even at the last check in. I'm glad that you liked the Trolls Pür palette because I wasn't sure if I should get it or not. It makes a huge difference to me to actually see it in action than just a picture. I'm definitely going to get some samples of this foundation. Can't wait to see the white mixer showdown.

The 0- mixer from Face Atelier is my favorite one! It's amazing. Makes some thicker foundations a tiny bit thinner, but doesn't change the coverage. I've used it with L'Oreal Infallible Pro Matte and it was great.

I found your channel quite recently when I was looking for foundation reviews and it's been so incredibly helpful. I've been trying to find a good foundation for so long because I have super sensitive skin as well as a lot of acne and I've ordered a few you've recommended now so hopefully one of them'll work. I love face atelier for my MUA kit! My only issue with it is that shipping takes a while from Canada. It used to be my go to for my own foundation also but having combo/more oily skin does make it hard to work with all the time. Love your videos!
