Hi Guys, think this van fit out is great. You have done an awesome job. Love how you have used ever space, nothing wasted!! Have watched couple of your fit outs now and its really clever what you do!! The idea of the water containers under sink also very clever. Wouldn't of thought of that. Love your table also.

As usual, excellent, practical and robust systems. I really love the lo tech no nonsence approach which improves longevity, reduces weight and is easy to service without specialist parts. Just wondering if you guys do fly/midge mesh and install/supply yellow/red lighting to avoid as many mozzies and flies as possible? I didn't notice anything installed on the sliding door and rear swing door.

Very nice. I would have a laminate backsplash. Also lighter colored fabric and some tinted windows.

One little thing I noticed since you mentioned he has longboards is at 5:00 you opened the doors to enable long boards to go through- there is a lump on the floor. Not the best for surf boards etc. Maybe attach to the top of the doors rather than the bottom? Best to keep the floor smooth.

Could do with a bit of stainless steel on the wall of the pop out table that the stove sits on to prevent the wood from getting burnt

@markbeech189 Жыл бұрын
Hey David. So Drifta units are all built from a structural plywood (strongest material available for our kind of installs) - we buy it as a raw product and then cut/finish it into our different creations. Finishes we normally offer are the carpeted finish, a black/aluminium finish or a clear lacquered timber finish. The clear lacquered timber can easily be painted - we don't currently offer that service but its easy to paint yourself after we have finished the build/install.

May I ask how much roughly this would cost, but a fitout for a generator and air con. Im looking for something like this. So a rough estimate would do. Thanks.
@markbeech1894 жыл бұрын
Best to email me with some more details on what van you have and exactly what you need...the prices are very specific depending on these details. Things like air con units are going to add to the cost quite a bit, so email me some more info and I'll get you some approx. costs... mark@drifta.com.au Thanks, Beechy...
