Love this fitout! Is this registered and insured as a campervan? Do you do engineers certificates for that?

Battery storage has always puzzled me. Commercial campers from Winnebago, Forest River, etc usually have the coach batteries stored under the chassis. I’ve always thought this would keep any off-gassing out of the cabin. Is this not a concern? Most home built units have coach batteries in the coach. Thanks

Gday Mark , loving your work at Drifta mate .. I think something like a large Van fit out , but done in the front end of an enclosed Cargo Trailer would be interesting to me , so it doubles as a Toy Hauler.. What money does one of the Van fit outs you’ve done run into roughly ??

240V inverters are not necessary. Everything can be run on 12VDC.. Laptops, phones, fridges, anything.. just a waste of energy in the conversion. Get a 220v/12V DC charger "just in case".
