Tried more than once in one relationship where it was always me doing and tried to give the benefit of the doubt and she was gainfully employed and making decent money. I've had relationships where neither of the two of us had to ask for anything and we paid for trips, gifts, etc... for each other. I eventually walked away from that " I'm doing everything " relationship because I had to realize that she wasn't about a damn thing and was used to taking care of or caring for "busters," that she didn't know what a decent man looked like. Hate to sound like this, but best to get with a woman on your level and be very observant.
