maybe the strike energy's not strong enough to be called chopping, but still have some referrence meanings. It can be called anti cutting, not anti chopping ,or anti stabbing, i think.

You can see on the right that the paper is already cut because the tear doesn’t match where the blade went. Not to mention look at how much duller that blade on the right seems to be. Definitely dulled that blade on the right.
