Cute Bacon Triangle Rice!! Easy. Delicious! Rice ball. Onigiri.

The taste and flavor of bacon permeates into the rice and it makes it more delicious. Take a bite and you'll be amazed at the taste.
Ingredients :
1. Thin sliced bacon
2. 1 Bowl of steamed rice (300-320g)
3. Green onion
4. Cheddar Cheese
Many of you asked what type of rice I am using. It is Korean rice. It is similar to the sushi rice. It is short-grain rice. It is soft and a little sticky.

I tried making these today. I somehow missed the "small" part about the rice ball, so mine ended up extra large. Very tasty! Hopefully I can try making them again soon.

I made this today! My wife asked what I wanted to do for dinner so I showed her this. Mine weren't as pretty as yours but they were tasty. Used the extra rice I had to make salmon onigiri, which is something else I've wanting to try my hand at.

Tried them this time with mozzerella cheese in half and cheddar in the other half, and put wasabe on top instead of green onion. Same color with a little more bite. Yum.
