I am a security guard myself. This video reminds me of a situation I had not too long ago. I was working at the main entrance of a zoo for a Christmas event they have every year. A little boy(about 5 years old) and his father exited the zoo. As they did that the boy approached me and handed me a picture of the grinch with a Santa costume and wished me a merry Christmas. I said thank you and merry Christmas to both of them and got a high five from him as well. To this day I still have the picture. It was one of the most heartwarming moments I ever experienced while on the job. I’ll never forget it

This reminds me of an event my dad told me about: I was a toddler at the time and I was on a walk with my parents, when we passed a policeman. I apparently stopped to look at him in awe for a few seconds until my parents came back to get me. 😄😂

Respect the cultural differences and accept that other cultures have stricter standards when it comes to professionalism in the workplace. He’s probably not a bad guy just profesional at his job.

You can see he wants to hug the little guy but he can't. Many guards, security, police, etc want to hug/interact with children who admire them but the risk is too high for both of them.
