I've been doing haircuts like this for 20 years. My Dad made the mistake of saying women were only pretty with long hair when i was 13. So that same night i shaved my head while everyone slept. I still think it was worth all the trouble i got in. Helped show how strongly I thought being your true self was the only way to be beautiful.

I think in you should French braid the back and pin it back over the braid to make a "Braid Mohawk" kind of romantic gothic style you've been liking in your wardrobe. Plus, it would be cool for the summer to have it up like that. You could substitute ribbon for hair as well to thicken it a little. Find some ribbon with skulls or something.

My hair was down to my thighs and then I lost it during chemo. I miss it, but I don't miss how hot it was and the weight on my head. I also was kind of getting board with having the same hair style for ten years.

Vampireleniore sorry about your situation but I cut my hair of on purpose because I can not stand heat my mum hates it but I love growing my hair for like a year and then shaving it of it feels so light and it doesn't take as long to get ready lol .

I did cut mine to shoulder lenght. Biggest regret of my life. I have waves, so it looked awful.. It was lighter and not as warm. Also I could use a hairband without worring it would break or stuff, yet I hated it. Finally it's getting waist length. Good thing it's winter though. It makes a nice scarf.

Well That was kind of random,but i hope one day you will love your hair.I remember when i was younger i wanted hair that was straight so bad,but i learned hey my hair isnt that bad at all and i actually started to like my hair.i bet you're hair isnt that bad eather. I shaved my hair into a Mohawk once. It's was amazing and hair always grows back. And it's especially nice for hot weather. Your head can breath.
