Thank you John! I learned what I have been doing wrong by not drilling a hole and coming in from a side edge. I was always trying to save on back plate but created so many sawing problems I now realize. Tiny pieces were always flopping around and so hard to control and stabilize without the full border there. I think this will be a game changer for my sawing going forward! ❤

Thank you, Wilson taught me that one! I was doing the same thing.

Thank you very much for the video's... they help me allot. Can you tell me what kind a software you use in your computer to make your design. Or maybe show us how you use it. I don't know what software I should learn for the design...Very confused because they are so many.... Best regards Jakob

Jakob, thank you for the kind comment. I use plasma cam software. It came with a cnc plasma cutter machine for designing and cutting out welding parts. It had a unique drawing feature and real size printing. I think you can buy this software from plasmacam.com…. However it is not what i would recommend. I use it because im use to using it. Alot of people use Coral draw. I have never used it, but suppose to be the thing. Im sure its here on youtube. Good luck.

what gauge would you recommend starting with and does most soders works when applying
@JohnNordDesigns Жыл бұрын
For overlays, most people use 22ga….some use 18. As far as Solder goes, if your a beginner, use 400 degree low temp solder…. If your more experienced, you extra easy silver solder. Each take different flux. You can research that when you purchase your solder.
