I like the fact this is an homage to The Invasion, if you haven't watched it I highly recommnd you do, it's an excellent 60s cyberman story, if a bit long.

@HenryvKeiper They wouldn't have worked on these ones because the old Cybermen used cybernetic lungs while these ones simply put their brains inside a robotic shell that didn't require artificial organs.

I don't know, I like the new Cybermen. I mean, the old ones were cool, but so are these. These are sleeker, colder, and harder looking. The old ones were scarier (on a good day, but thats why I love this show), but the new ones are just fine with me.

@cybertaylor If it was earthshock cybermen it would destroy doctor who as in rise of the cybermen we met this race of cybermen then so it would kind of complicate things. In other words it would become wibbley wobbley timy wimy

Oh look, the new who re-imagined, lame Cybermen. If the new who producers didn't like the Cybermen, why not come up with their own bad guy instead of hijacking and ruining cybermen?
