You need to get the max level Technical perk that allows you to over-equip cyberware. The more you over equip, the higher the chance of having a cyberpsycho "episode". It'll also reduce your max health.

It’s honestly not that rare just have the most cyber ware possible and it’ll happen in most a lot of the fights especially if there are lots of enemies

I remember doing this before 2.0. Didn't have the crazy Cyberpsychosis laughter in the background but it was essentially the same. V just being essentially a storm of bloodthirsty metal blades, defying physics as he leaps from MaxTac to MacTac, ripping them apart in a frenzy of slashes as the blood from those poor agents was the only thing keeping him alive under a hail of bullets. If V ran out of nearby targets for his blade to taste, he died. It was that simple.

In Don't Fear the Reaper you have to wonder how the survivors must have felt in the aftermath. A single assailant walked through the lobby of their HQ, killed over 50 elite security guards and several mechs by themselves and then killed one of the best solos in the world over the last 6 or so decades that's capable of SURVIVING A NUKE.

I find the MaxTac division extremely underpowered considering their job.. I mean, they're not even carrying EMP weapon or any form of weaponry that shortcuts or shuts down implants or electronics of any kind.

Technically, they have net runners capable of shorting out some of V's cyberware, but that usually doesn'thelp them in game when battling the a max level and gear player. Also, their AV should also have some kind of gravity field generator like we saw in the anime.

Lore wise they are supposed to have netrunners the kind that shut down any cyberware bar ones protected by the highest grade of corporate or military ICE, but yeah not really implemented in game

Imagine seeing a squad of normally unbeatable police forces always sent to deal with Cyber Psycho's... only to be the cops behind the action watching as they all get ripped to shreds or beheaded, jump away to hunt down the last one, before seeing them come flying towards you with heads and limbs flying every which way once the main muscle and armor was taken down so swiftly and easily.

they arent "normally unbeatable" police forces buddy... those ARE THE CYBERPSYCHOS that night city previously had... there is a mission in cyberpunk which actively confirms that most if not ALL of the MaxTac guys are former cyberpsychos, which corpos like Araska managed to subdue and convert into a sort of hitsquad... its no different with V or David being one... its just that their whole existence is to oppose Corpo rule... soooooo treating them of their cyberpsychosis isnt an option in the eyes of Araska... but that being said, there is ALWAYS a more powerful or scarier cyberpsycho in service of some big corpo ... Adam Smasher being the one for araska, but similarly u will see even more powerful ones in the next cyberpunk... even powerful than V...

You can use combo Perform Finisher (the strong attack animation) then using the Strong Attack, it will help u clear MaxTac Team faster, Bro 🙂

@@Neferpitou- Byakko, plus pair that with the weakness point you get from the relic skill tree, which does damage too and you can kill maxtac insanely quick. Their health bar dropping to half before they even get to fully move from landing.

You don't even need sandesivan to become a human blender, or Wakako's sword. On normal all you need is double jump, dash and almost any blade to turn any mission into a blur of flying limbs and heads.

I did something similar when you heist Hansen's tower. I was walking out afterwards, walked past the first soldier that tried accost me, walked past a second one that decided to hurl insults at me. With the third one I clicked my sandy on, took the mantis blades out, and the whole thing turned into basically a cyberpsycho attack. I can only imagine my V covered in blood walking out calmly afterwards, with the colonel looking at the camera feed - watching all of his men get turned into minced meat and realizing that him being cordial is the only reason why he wasn't used to paint the 99th floor. That and Reed wanting to say something about the whole incident later and deciding against it.

V is simply build differently, what david thought he was times that by ten and you have V. V is immune to cyberpsychosis, he can handle more damage than david, with more cracked cyberware, not go cyberpsycho untill going in a rampage, then just not go full psycho and come back without any meds. Just as its impressive davids crew sirvived 5 mins against smasher, its impressive smasher survived 5 mins with V.
