@@Suicynic I am playing in very hard difficulty and I can say that Tier 5++ Shigure is CHEESE!

I'm using Breakthrough for long range fights (especially for interrupting enemy netrunner hack, Boris Rybakov too), psalm 11:6 (way since level 12 - yes, still, with long scope that gives +30% range, + 0.7 zoom and some crit chance; muzzle that gives +10% crit chance and -20% recoil), out of recent discoveries - Guillotine with that same muzzle, big mag mod (becomes 69 bullets) and forgot the name mod that gives -15% spread. Overwatch turned out to suck, and it's the only silenced sniper or precision rifle, so for stealth - Death & Taxes with XC-10 legendary attached = Hitman until you are discovered, 100% crit chance with stealth headshots (and kanetsugu for some extra crit damage. The 100% cc is not stated, but it's stated in wiki). Seraph also shoots double bullets, and , though seemingly has more damage, and 150% headshot multiplier instead of 125%, Overall for some reason D&T wins. Also, if didn't oneshot the skull enemy, when synaptics accelerator kicks in, you can finish with another (pair) of headshots without alerting other enemies.

Projectile launcher does not use quantum tuner.

i like challenges ive been playing god of war ragnarok on hardest mod right? man it was nearly impossible, replay after replay and the.. my kratos started to be a an absolute unit.. one shotting nearly any enemy, where was the satisfaction of beating a strong enemy? thats the reason i love from software games, u cannot choose the difficulty, in order to prevail you have to adapt the game itself. so if a game mechanic is too powerful, it steals the satisfaction of besting a poweful foe i hope u understand well bro

You can do that super easy first try blindfolded with the berserk variant that was shown in the 3in1 video. For killing infinite maxtacs berserk is the absolute best.

@@T7PDM tried and succeeded today. No berserk, i have netrunning 60 which allowed me to cyberware malfunction 2 guys through wall, gas grenades which do -95% melee damage for 26 seconds (they live circa 25 overall) and a lot of dodging. Oh, and Chitin which gives +150% health regen (it helped on the last beat on the brat as well). Cyberware capacity is stuck at 346 (296 without edgerunners), just cleared the whole map of ncpd markers. If cyberware shards started spawning, it's only in random street gangsters, not in fixed ncpd locations. Ideally i need a little bit more to fill second slot in hands with something, but other than that i'm pretty much done. Oh and i need around 30 for quantum tuner which i'll put in place of camillo ram manager (cybersomatic optimizer stays, critting quickhacks are too good)

With Sanedvistan its probably best to go for throwing weapons and sniper rifles. Assault and SMG dont fit too well, except if you like the Raiju, the Raiju SMG is a beast with Sandevistan.

In theory, you could just change it to the Biodyne Berserk and call it a day.

Quantum tuner will make a great addition to all 3 main cyberwares, after axolotl got nerfed. Definitely equip it, but also keep the Axolotl.

I got them drop until I reached 320, then they stopped again. I was previously stuck at 300, now I am stuck at 320, not sure if that is the intended max. The difficulty should not affect it.

In 2.1 you get the following shards in the base game: 7x green 7 x 2 = 14 4x blue 4 x 3 = 12 4x epic 4 x 4 = 16 2x legendary 2 x 6 = 12 == 54 capacity (base game) In the addon you get another 14 capacity from shards. 5x green 5 x 2 = 10 1x epic = 1 x 4 = 4 (requires level 30 when looting in the stadium garage) == 14 capacity (phantom liberty) +21 base +180 (3 per level) 60 x 3 = 180 +50 from edgerunners +15 from engineering progression +20 from renaissance punk +70 from chrome compressor == 424 total maximum capacity in 2.1 That means 354 is the maximum amount possible without using the chrome processor 340 is the maximum without Phantom Liberty Then you have to subtract 4 for every attribute that is not on 9. So 336 For most builds Or 350 with Phantom Liberty

@@T7PDM that’s a lot of maths but from what I gather if you did happen to jump in the bad wagon and do the cheat( not me ofcourse you would simply add 3 to the levels you have left to get to 60 add the capacity you get from skills you have yet to acquire take that sum and subtract it from 424 and don’t cross that line by not picking up any additional shards so that when you max out you will have a total of 424 the reason being that if you go over a certain amount you can no longer use a ripper doc a fun fact they don’t tell you when showing that glitch thank you for the info I do appreciate it

The Quantum Tuner is only available when you side with Songbird. And the Cockatrice optics are also from Dogtown. If you dont have enough points you can reduce the amount of points on cool.

Without the quantum tuner you have only the normal 11.5 seconds. Not 34 seconds. And you wont be able to keep up your Sandevistan.

Yes you should use the Falcon, The Apogee has only 1 benefit, which is the smaller cooldown of 25s, which will give you a bit more time from the Quantum Tuner, but even with this it cant hold up to the Falcon. + it gives no health and costs more.

You can collect 11 perk points from the map. and 10 from the skill progression. The maximum number of perk points is 80.

They have the same item picture, but the axolotl is the iconic version, which looks clearly different than the newton module and it has a different name. You can get a free one when you solve all of Reginas gigs, alternatively you can buy it when you enter dogtown. They need some nerfs to keep the game playable and maintain player choice. Too many single player games have a single OP build or equipment "choice" where it doesn't even make sense to try anything else. The basic duration of the Falcon Sandevistan is 8 seconds. It is increased to 10 seconds by reflex 20. This value is already included. (8+2) Read the text at the bottom: "Reflex attuned: +0.1sec duration with this cyberware per attribute point. Current total +2s" You can measure the duration with your stopwatch and you will find out its 11 seconds. Axolotl DOES extend the duration of Sandevistan. You can start it at only 25% charge and you will still get the full 11 seconds, if you make kills that extend it.

At the time of making that video it was 11 seconds and could be measured with a stopwatch. But I could have mixed it up with the Apogee I remember changing these numbers and that part of the video, because I found several different stats.

It was shown which points you can reduce / remove when I went through all the skillpoints. You can remove 10 points on cool.

No, the Overwatch is the only Sniper rifle that has a build in silencer.

@@TrouvatkiDePercusion No, because thats the whole point why the Overwatch has it, it is the unique trait for that weapon. You could try using silencers on rifles, but since they are so weak, its almost impossible to oneshot your enemies with them. You could try the prejudice, its a 3 round burst rifle, if you make a good hit with more than one headshot per burst, your enemies might die from it.

@@T7PDM Ehh, that sucks. It's not that I'm trying to one-shot anybody. What I'm trying to accomplish is to hit them from really, really far away without them immediately spotting my exact location and switching to combat mode instantaneously.

If you dont oneshot your enemies they will very likely start combat. Anything that oneshots your enemies with a silencer should do the trick. Having an elevated position is also key to be out of sight. Even when using a silencer, you are not invisible (Unless you use camo). The enemies in this game have a habit of never looking up, you can basically shoot them while standing on a street light, directly above them.

You can do that best in Reconciliation park, but it seems you can only get a maximum of 80 capacity from shards until they stop dropping. I am stuck again at 320. It should be 345 for me. However on new characters which are created after update 2.0 or 2.1 it should work properly. That depends on if you have enough money or components, sometimes its better to upgrade the cyberware and sometimes its just better to skip a level and buy a new one.

It has increased reload speed after hitting the torso. However you should always aim for the head to trigger obliterate, you will hit the torso anyway, with some pellets.

The Coacktrice optics are from the DLC, you can replace them with a standard one.

The falcon is the better choice for the duration and health refill. Apogee is a bit too short now.

If you use optical camo it will use up all the cooldown from the quantum tuner, which might be a good thing for max camo duration, but not if you want to use it for Sandevistan. You cant control which one it gets, first cyberware that triggers a cooldown uses up the quantum tuner. Therefore we also play without reflex tuner and without synaptics acelerator, only then you get the full potential for Sandy.

Just use gorilla arms with it and call it a day.

You will unlock the Militec Falcon Sandevistan at level 30.

Sure, you could go to the toilet every time it reloads.

You have help Songbird get to the moon, it is the only one of 4 endings in Phantom Liberty that give you the tuner.

You can use Second heart instead of bloodpump, if you have the capacity for it. Biomonitor will also work with a normal maxdoc. No animation is triggered when using.

You have to go to a ripperdoc to change your cyberware.

@@T7PDM played this game for a couple THOUSAND hours. Started day one on ps4. I can't change or unequip cyberware. It's a bug.

@@TheAllanmeadows There are several reasons, that could cause it: 1.) As you played on PS4 before, you may have just installed 2.1 for the first time. In this case, you can not remove your arms cyberware, which you got after installing 2.1 and doing the ripperdoc quest. You have to change that specific cyberware to another one and then you can remove it. 2.) Your eyes can never be removed, they can only be changed. 3.) You may have an issue with your cyberware capacity having reached a limit or blocking any changes. If that doesnt solve it, just restart your game or contact CDPR if you need support for fixing it.

@@T7PDM I already know all of this. I can't change any cyberware in any way. So I guess in order to just try a different build I'll have to start the entire game from scratch. FFS this game is still frustratingly broken.

@@TheAllanmeadows If you think it has to do with your save file then just reload another one. I have never heard of such a bug from anyone else, as you describe it.

Sadly there is no alternative. I really recommend you to get the addon, it doubles the games story. And its story is better than the base game.

As a heads up, I will try to avoid any spoiler, there is only one way to get the Tuner: You have to side with Songbird and send her to the moon, its the only 1 of 4 endings that gives you the Tuner. Make sure you make the right choices.
