What would you change to use stealth pistol and throwing knives with this build?

The build planner is trash, what makes your build is the cyberware and not your skills. Why should I bother with a tool that is not showing the complete build. Its a complete waste of time to use that.

@@yamnaya88 Really depends on what you prefer, I like the berserk one because you can make yourself invincible with a press on a single button, I always play with guns and if it gets rough or my health gets low, I trigger the godmode. Its unbeatable if you take that approach. Sandi on the other hand can give you almost infinite slowdown which is also great, but the build deals less melee damage and is more fragile.

I don't get phantom liberty so no quantum whatever its called

Totally depends if you want to use one of the finishers, or not. Cool will give you the highest damage. Reflex can be useful for SMGs and rifles.

The quantum tuner, the optics and the deep field interface are Phantom Liberty items, everything else can be found in the base game. If you want to make the best builds, you have to get the addon.

The 250% crit damage is my favorite. It gives you infinite invincibility, 250% critical damage and slow time with a single click on a button.

I'd say sandevistan build is better for missions and I'd also add optical camo for missions and gigs and some stealth perks too but for maxtac fights berserk is unbeatable

A lot of free to play stuff actually is a DLC, make sure you own a legal copy to get those and use your free credits to get the bighorn bow. All you need to make almost every build is the Atlantis addon. Both of these builds are insanely strong, nothing is hard to make. I dont undestand this question. Just make sure you help Songbird to get the Quantum Tuner. Sandevistan will give you slow time and berserk gives you invincibility, you can always switch between them the points are the same.

If you pick the left option it doesnt change the stats after upgrade. It is correct that upgradng any cyberware rerolls the possible stats. The stats are fixed per rarity. So if you upgrade an uncommon one, these stats will be available for uncommon items, however it still rolls the rare, egic and legendary stats, too, but you have to check one of these items. Every rarity gets a fixed set of stats after any reroll.

​@@T7PDM i ve found a way better idea i guess first you manually save the game Second you buy the desired cyberware for exp at tier 5 then you check the stats if it doesnt have the desired stats you upgrade it one time if it still doesnt have the desired stats you leave the game then try again and finally save the game when you get the result you want. repeat the same process for all your desired cyberware it will work for 99% of them since even the most important iconic cyberware are available to buy at ripperdocs what do you think of it ??

@@ahmedgharbi1286 Its very slow to always reload for a single upgrade. As I said, rerolling uncommon items, also rerolls the legendary stats. You have way more lower tier stuff and components to to get free rerolls.

Each rarity has their own stats. Epic stats can be applied on any epic item, legendary stats can be applied on any legendary item. Exactly like it was shown in the video.

Load a previous save from before the Firestarter mission and help songbird, or add it via console command on PC.

Collect the 10 perk point shards from the map as it was mentioned.

The bighorn bow is a store item. You can only own every store item once an it can not be dismantled or sold.

The +4 seconds of initial duration is far better, dude. And even the 20% prolonging of what is much shorter just results in the same time addition. 10% on 12 seconds is: 1.2s 20% on 8 seconds is 1.6s

At higher levels you will get hundreds of thousands. I always had so much I bought the higher level cyberware to save components rather than saving money, money is a lot easier to get than components.

Playing this game without the expansion is like driving a car with 3 wheels, dude. Do yourself a favor and get the addon then you can do the best builds for it.

Sorry to bother you, I was thinking if you could help me with the build I'm trying to build without dlc. the skeleton, the circulatory system, hand and integumentary system it is the same but In the nervous system instead of the Deep field visual interface(dlc) I put reflex tuner The third slot is empty for now but I was thinking of putting the kerenzikov but I didn't understand if putting them i would ruin the refill of the sandevistan If I could I can also put the kerenzikov enhancement system in the frontal cortex instead of the quantum tuner (dlc) Then I put catastrophist kiroshi in the face Instead of cockatrice (dlc) Maybe this can also help those like me who won't get the DLC..

You can get over 3% crit damage on each of your cyberware, but you will lose over 20% from not maxing out cool and deepfield. Getting crit damage on cyberware is very rare, melee damage is much better and easier to get, you can just make the build with 20% less and focus on melee damage.

Any electric explosion that hits another enemy nearby triggers a stack of pyromania. Not the hit or shock on the target itself, but if it hits someone else.

The two stat sets on the far right are always the same no matter what cyberware you upgrade. If you got the stats you are looking for, DONT UPGRADE THE CHEAP, instead upgrade something else. If its not working you have to update the game or remove your mods. The stats are permanent, you can even go to another ripper and he offers the same stats.

All the berserk builds are still working. even the ones you commented before. Only the stats are slightly different. That doesnt make them "NOT working".

@T7PDM oh okay thank you, so the berserk build will still work but everything I have on it is sort of tier 4 range at the moment I'm guessing it needs be tier 5 like yours. Cause I have everything as a lower tier and it didn't seem to keep resetting like In your video

@@Nandez96 Of course you need teh same items and also the same skills. Get the same perks as shown in the video. Borrowed time is the most important skill. Just making it half baked with missing items and skills and then calling it doesnt work is extremely annoying. Selling just a few weapons to get millions in no time is an insane money glitch. Seriously you dont need a glitch to get money anymore, you will get plenty, all existing glitches have been patched.

What 10% Sandevistan? Falcon or Apogee Sandevistan is what you should use and nothing else. These are the only ones that can be started and stopped whenever you want. You dont have to wait for the cooldown.

You need driver update and chipware connoiseure from the tech tree.

The iconic cyberware is from the DLC only the Axolotl is a base game item. It will still work, but will be weaker, especially without the quantum tuner.

Use the Cyberware stats reroll that was shown in the video.

The berserk build is stronger and more durable. It depends what you prefer.

In case you didnt realize, all ripperdocs are selling the same, they are just unlocked by your level (not your street cred). The iconic cyberware is only sold in dogtown. To get the Quantum tuner you have to help Songbird to get to the moon. There are hundreds of guides for it already.

For the Quantum Tuner you have to help songbird to get the moon, after that she will send you a message that she left a gift where you first met.

Use the same perks in tech as it was shown in the video, they give you a third charge.
