20 cool, 20 tech, 20 body, 15 reflexes and 3 int I have most of the handgun perks, adrenaline perks, grenade/health item perks, cyberware perks and whichever blades and dash perks I could get within the 15 reflex unlock range Archangel, Amnesty, and Johnny's gun are upgraded to 5++ I'm using Apogee Sandevistan and Chitin at 5++, Kerenzikov, blood pump, biomonitor, heal-on-kill, double jump, and a bunch of other cyberware that amount to about 1200 armor rating

And you clicked on it, plus you bragged in your comment that you beat (Don't Fear) The Reaper on VH, pistol only, so it is you who is a cocky boy. Very Hard is not useless, the entire point is specifically so that you DO NOT one shot everything because people like having more challenge. It is why Elden Ring is so popular. Just look at the hype for the DLC. Putting (Very Hard) on my vid titles also helps others gauge how effective my build is. If I was playing on Normal, my build would look stronger, but without the difficulty being explicitly told, people would ask what difficulty it was on anyway because it is important information.
