@@corentinreynaert1747 yes, the air of freedom and mystery when theyre sitting on the basilisk and watching the horizon. Was sad knowing the journey was about to end but at the same time there was so much left to be told. Im really hoping for an aldecaldo dlc that expands on the star ending.

@@rize-ikuza I think the best thing to do with DLC is a DLC for Panam, one other for Jackie, one other for Johnny, ect ... ( the DLC can be between the end and the 6 month of life for V ) that can be very nice and I think a lot of player can like that

During the last mission i was so much hoping for an option like "no...no...no, you all stay back, guard your tank and each other; i will go in with my gun here and handle everything. You can have all the loot and pls Dakota, let me pay for the equipment i've shredded a moment ago!"

This is the tragedy of cyberpunk 2077. It's an amazing story with such great characters, voice acting and soundtrack let down by a rushed buggy release and marketing lies that overshadowed the excellent parts.

@@RN1441 The main story of it is not actually that great and only couple side quests are really interesting. (Cyberpsycho's, Peralez storyline + phophet, Panam storyline, Pyramid song, The Hunt, Kerry storyline, Rogue + Johnny quest chain and thats about it.) From main story - Automatic love was bad, the Voodoo missions were bad, Ghost town quest chain was a deadend completely badly utilized/not utilized at all, Takemura missions were completely pointless - I would say to him to f off immediately in the dinner. Voice acting - yes, soundtrack - debatable (especially the repetitive combat soundtrack brings it down for me, the story soundtrack is great BUT 90% of the time you hear the same 4 songs over and over AND saying songs is too much credit for those couple notes on infinite loop), story - most of it is just reference to the lore already existing AND changed mostly, the minimal stuff actually added in the game is still so-so. This game has issues everywhere. It tried to accomplish everything but accomplished nothing. At least didnt do anything well. Some games have bad one thing but great other thing (like Witcher 3 has terrible gameplay BUT insanely great story and consequences of your decisions SO people love it) BUT this game is mediocre to OK at everything while having technical issues which makes for a disaster deserving the backlash, especially with the marketing lies and bugs NOT ONLY though.

@@Dark_Voice I personally felt that this was coming. However, I feel that it was the gameplay that shot it down rather than the story and not just the bugs. Each part of it feels tacked on. for example if you asked "What does this add to the game" to a lot of the mechanics, you realize just how much could of been removed while polishing the rest. What does crafting add to the game? What does the RPG mechanics add to the game? what does the game being open world really add? why have a custom character creator if the way the character acts is redecided? Let me explain, the crafting isn't really necessary as you can and will find better gear on dead enemies and is only good at really late levels for min-max which leads us to the RPG mechanics. Those aren't really needed as it just artificially inflates the game with your numbers vs enemy numbers, this is even further retracted as you don't even need to upgrade any of the stats ever nor do any of the skills add any new skills beyond damage increase. no new fancy takedowns (beyond aerial's) and no active abilities to use. Moving to open world, it doesn't really add anything except empty space, yes every alleyway, mall, and skyscraper is detailed to an insane degree. BUT, this also could of been done just as well with smaller open-ended/semi-liner levels/ areas. Oddly the character creator is the one of the least developed parts and lacks a lot of style. even then what's the point since the writers already decided the character of "V". why make your own "V" when one has already been decided, why not just have the player play "V" like Geralt in that his ways and attitude are already set. While bugs and missing content is a major issue and they wanted to make a GTA clone but more. I feel like these issues also have an impact

@@Airsickword Criticizing this game is very hard because until June 2020 it was supposed to be RPG and then they changed it to action adventure game - btw, the original release was April 2020 => 2 months after original released they changed the whole genre of the game.

They promised some free dlcs coming in early 2021. I don't think so they will be story dlcs, more likely some single contracts or even iconic weapons or cosmetic items.

and the new antagonists can be Takemura and Oda which makes perfect sense if you chose the Star ending. Takemura because you sold him out and he loses everything and Oda because he is hanakos bodyguard and you basically signed her death by raiding arasaka. i like how even the "good ending" has a dark side to it

I concur with every single word you said. I also put Baldur's Gate 2 on my list too (also had legendary character-based theme songs), getting to the end of that was a similar slap to the face at the time as CP2077 was. I;ve been humming Judy's theme none stop for days now without thinking haha. Total ear-worm.

My top 3 RPGs of all time goes something like : Mass Effect Trilogy , KOTOR 1 and 2 , Cyberpunk 2077 . Easy as that . All 3 have fantastic story , amazing universe that is deep and rich , characters that are varied and diverse and evolve throughout the stories , some soundtracks you will never forget , and KOTOR aside , both Mass Effect and Cyberpunk are games that managed to make me cry , that alone is the sign of a great , immersive and poignant game .

A video game(been playing since gamecube) has never had me feel so involved with the characters. I tear came to my eye when Jackie died and I consider myself stoic and reserved.

Love the characters, love the music and loved the atmosphere. Just because the game is broken to high hell doesnt mean we cant appreciate the things that make the game special. Has good and bad.

I'm playing as a Streetkid now and it's interesting how much it changes the dynamic if you get into the roleplaying aspect. I definitely recommend giving it a go one day!

I experienced the same, but with judie.. In the last weeks since I finished my first playthrough there often have been moments that I honestly missed her and got sad because I wished that she was real, either in my world or I in hers. now, when I listen to the song, that played underwater during her final mission, all the memories of the experience and what I felt back then feels so natural and true again. I still know, that.. in the end...she is "just" a fictional charackter someone imagined - and even though I am a sensible and empathic person tending to get pretty deep into a very good and atmospheric story, I never had the "problem" of actually feeling like I really did fall in love with a game-charackter in real life - but when I hear this song I feel and see that moment so clearly with my inner eyes, that... even though we'll never be able to fully live in one world together... in this moment.. we did. and I can feel that a part of both of us still is..and stays there.. together.. And when one or multiple artists were able to create something together, that managed to touch you so deeply that it does raise/produce such intense emotions within you.. then you truly can see yourself be lucky of experiencing something very rare and astonishingly beautiful

I just want to tell you that I can understand you 100%. I never thought so back then, but now as long as I finish the game, I start crying while listening to this song. I have never felt so connected, as free and hopeful as with Panam and the Aldecaldos, I have never wished to live in a game as much as in Cyberpunk. Fuck the bugs, fuck everything, these moments, this story and the grandiose soundtrack can destroy you more than anything else. I just wish it was possible to spend more time with the Aldecaldos, more time with Panam. It’s a strange feeling, but after I finished it, I felt as damn lonely as never before, especially not after a game. Cyberpunk is simply more, it is hope and a desire for freedom...

They made Johnny just the right amount of douchbag who would scold you in your daily business but not spoil something you actualy care about, even if it is a joke.

I definitely felt the same in the state I was in with Judy and Pamam I would do anything to help them. I saw Judy as a best friend and panam as my romantic lover I was also putting my own persona onto v with my empathic personality I couldn't just stand by and do nothing I had to be with them and know how they were doing

You need to remember, they can say same thing so you need to be an interesting person as well. Build your personality, make it greater, educate yourself, never stop so you wont be boring :)

Cyberpunk reminded me of that “hole in your chest” feeling I got from TLOU (part 1) after completing a good game with a bittersweet ending. Witcher 3 was close to TLOU but Cyberpunk really blew it out of the water.
