Cyberpunk 2077: Nuking Arasaka with "UNRECORD" Bodycam Mod | RTX 4090 4K60

Johnny Silverhand goes with Rogue and Murphy to nuke the Arasaka Tower BUT instead of eyeballs he has GOPRO HERO 69 mounted to his head, aka Unreal Engine 5's "Unrecord" game. Following mods were used to make it possible:
- Nova Cam (I modified theCyanideX's ReShade)
- Unlock FOV
- Immersive First Person
Full quest "Love Like Fire" (bugged as hell 😊)
No face tracking, all done on mouse & keyboard. I don't have a good webcam with 60fps, and didn't bother trying to use my phone for that.
Wanted to at least try doing this on a gamepad, but unfortunately didn't find a way to bind controller buttons to CET 😞 so it sometimes is a bit choppy. Cyberpunk force changes the FOV to predefined values during some scenes, which kinda ruins the experience here, but there are no mods to fix that.
I didn't use any additional overlays, HUDs, cam shakes or filters like an old CRT TV etc., because it would be too much for me 😂
(I'm not really a fan of body cam games, and I think it's fun to watch, suck to play experience.)
Insane graphics thanks to mods like Ghost In The Shell (FUJI ENV), NOVA LUT (Vibrant), HD Reworked Project and Ultra Plus Better Path Tracing (PT2.1 Insane / v2.2) and some others.
Apologies for the stutters, but it is how it is until I get a video capture card, as I cannot find a solution for 100% smooth recordings. Cyberpunk stutters quite often by itself as well.

Not bad, I think if you can create a Realism Mod that gives the same look of Ultra Ray Tracing with out the big hit is a win.

There's a new mod called "Immersive Weapons" and it has an addon that adds camera shake to certain things like shooting, equipping, aiming etc. This reshade paired with that mod would look even more like unrecord since unrecord uses camera shake a lot to give the illusion of a body cam.

Thanks for letting me know about this! Gonna check it out and maybe make some other video with them combined :D and you're right, Unrecord is very shaky, especially while shooting. Also that letterbox vignette is shaking all the time, but I think that would have to be done manually in post-editing (not sure tho, maybe there is a way to do it directly in the game somehow)

@@dudeguy8553 I played around with the effects and distortion like in the video seemed optimal to me. It would be great if the game didn't force FOV changes in certain scenes as it would make it more coherent. The vignette can always be adjusted. I wanted to achieve a similar effect to Unrecord, and the default letterbox in ReShade by theCyanideX is very minimalist. Also, the vignette should shake additionally for the full Unrecord effect.

I honestly kinda prefer this over going abdolutely crazy with the dodges and strafes. In a universe where true badasses are few, far between, and die in their twenties or thirties regardless, you SHOULD have to be extra cautious in missions. You SHOULD have to check doors and corners and go through areas slowly.

@@MrTavrosNitram because realistically you'd only be able to do that when you've got loads of experience (to unlock the actual dash ability which I guess humans can just learn to do in Cyberpunk) and lots of money (to afford a decent grade, maybe military grade Sandevistan to slow down time to the level you'd expect). At that point, it'd probably just be safer to stick with your muscle memory of methodical room clearing unless you're going up against someone like Adam Smasher.

But you are playing as Silverhand in this mission, and V, by the end of the game, is basically unstoppable. + I think the mini-maps are cannon so you know where people are anyways

I'd love to play like this in VR some day. I mean it can look nice but is kinda frustrating holding the button to look around, releasing it to actually aim, over and over 😅 haven't tested face tracking tho, but I feel it's absolutely impractical

Actually, in the TTRPG is left handed and the only way he can use his malorian (it's so powerful he can't fire it without blowing his ganic arm) so they probably played into johnny being unreliable narrator so he thinks he is right handed and also they didnot want to bother animating the gun play in both left handed and right handed

Via Immersive First Person mod. When you move your head away from aiming direction (free looking) and release the button that toggles free look, the head smoothly returns to its original position. You can adjust the transition speed of that in this mod, and I had it set pretty low.

Видео классное, но если бы ещё не перезаряжался после каждого выстрела, было бы вообще идеально. Считаю что авторам, делающим подобные видео, нужно приучать себя перезаряжаться или когда патронов вообще не осталось, или когда их очень мало, а то это портит атмосферу и порой даже раздражает. Бежит-бежит, выстрелил один раз в чела, начал перезаряжаться. Или вот как на 8:10, у него ещё несколько патронов оставалось в магазине, но он начал прям перед врагом перезаряжаться и это чтобы потом с одного выстрела его убить и опять начать перезаряжаться, зачем?
