I can understand everything you are feeling,. This song spoke to me too. You know that’s the beautiful this about music. It speaks to our soul. I have felt some days like I don’t understand what my purpose in life is anymore. Speaking as someone who is a singer. It’s at these moments when you are able to touch someone else’s life that you have done your job and you are able to help someone release their pain . That you have done your job. That’s s what I love about Cynthia Erivo.

Sir, thank you for posting this. However, some of your lyrics are wrong. Could you please look up the lyrics and post the correct words. I can understand how lyrics can sound differently when someone is singing. I am a singer myself. . Please fix it so that those of us could take part in singing this beautiful song. A kindered spirit in music.

When I discovered Cinthia with this song I thought she was a phenomenal singer but with a limited range . But when I see her nowadays is like she has no vocal range limits . Her presence in stage and singing abilities are just unbelievable now . This song has also meant so much to me . Thank you Scott Alan for all your compositions

Beautiful, simply beautiful. I love Scott Alan's music and I absolutely adore Cynthia Erivo. Her voice is so rich. I love the way she puts herself into each song. It takes a very talented person to write this type of music and i like the idea that he took his time and found the right person to deliver his message. Two extraordinary people...PRICELESS!

If my heart and soul could speak this video would be what they would say! I've suffered with depression & anxiety for too many years now & every single word of this song is EXACTLY how I have felt. I am finally out of the darkness & am able to enjoy life but anxiety plagues me every day & I occasionally feel down again but keeping on reminding myself of my dreams, & you & your songs have been like therapy for me actually Scott, gives me strength & courage to keep on fighting. I lost him too, a few years ago - and he was the best man ever and he adored me. For a couple of days I honestly would have been at peace with God striking me dead, despite my children & my lovely husband.
