im the same way. i noticed im able to carry my daughter effortlessly now. shes 43 pounds and i am only 4'9 and 90 pounds so it was difficult for me to even pick her up let alone carry her any distance. now i can pick her up and carry her anytime she wants me too without getting breathless and its amazing!

Your cough!!!!! That is aMAzing! My brother had CF and I remember SO clearly that "CF cough!" You sound so clear, and you look super healthy. I read in one article that it will be similar to diabetes so more like a chronic management illness, but not life limiting. Is that really the case? CF broke my heart 20 years ago, and it makes me feel healed to know that so many people won't suffer through those horrible symptoms. Its great to hear the huge difference in your speaking, delivery, enthusiasm, and oxygen!

I lost my girlfriend in 2011 to CF and it's so cool to see all this new stuff coming out to help people. Good luck!

Duudeeee, that's seriously insane! I'm really excited for you and everyone that get's to try trikafta! I actually tried inhaling and exhaling after you did it and I started coughing like crazy. It made me think "what if I could do that and not cough a single time?" That would honestly be like a dream. Unfortunately it will take a lot longer for trikafta to be approved in my country. According to my doctors I might get my hands on it sometime next year in autumn. But just hearing your results is mind blowing and it really makes me excited and happy!

You seem better than most “normal” people. I don’t think I could keep up with you right now. You’ve got way more energy than I ever do. It’s amazing. I think you gained superpowers.

Hey man. I’ve been completely taken off of enzymes because of being put on Kalydeco. Completely off of my vest and nebulizers. All I’m on is Kalydeco. I wanna see you get to that point. When that happens you feel completely normal. It’s an amazing feeling.

I have very bad asthma but the way you explained how painful life was, I realized how much worse people with CF have it. You actually helped me learn about CF. Her catchphrase is “I Vertex can” or “I Trikafta can” SO AWESOME!!! I’m SO overjoyed life feels brand new for u Morgan, as well as for Mary!! It’s ABOUT TIME!! SO crazy it’s reality, SO special!!!
