About this video -
Today I have shared the recipe of Bajri Methi Dhebra. Thepla is the famous traditional gujarati recipe. We can make many types of thepla. During the winter season mostly Gujarati people use to make Bajri Methi Na Thepla. We can store it upto 3-4 days so it is the best snacks for travelling. We can also give to kids in tiffin box. So must try this recipe and don't forget to give your valuable feedback in comment section.
Ingredients - (સામગ્રી)
For Prepare 12 Dhebra/Thepla (૧૨ નંગ ઢેબરા બનાવવા માટે)
150 grams Fresh Chopped Fenugreek Leaves/Fresh Methi Bhaji (ફ્રેશ સમારેલી મેથીની ભાજી)
2 Cup Bajra Flour/Pearl Millet Flour (બાજરીનો લોટ)
2/3 Cup Wheat Flour (ઘઉંનો ઝીણો લોટ)
1/4 Cup Chickpea Flour/Besan (ચણાનો લોટ)
1/2 Cup Chopped Jaggery (સમારેલો ગોળ)
1/2 Cup Sour Curd (ખાટું દહીં)
1 tsp Turmeric Powder (હળદર પાવડર)
As per taste Salt (મીઠું)
2 tsp Ginger Chilli Paste (આદુ મરચાંની પેસ્ટ)
1 tsp Carom Seeds/Ajwain (અજમો)
2 tsp Sesame Seeds (સફેદ તલ)
1/4 tsp Asafoetida/Hing (હીંગ)
3 tbsp or as required Oil (For Moyan) (તેલ - મોણ માટે)
As required Water (For Knead the dough) (જરૂર મુજબ પાણી - લોટ બાંધવા માટે)
As required Oil (For Roast the Dhebra) (તેલ - શેકવા માટે)
Serve it with Curd/Pickle/Chutney/Tea (ગરમાગરમ બાજરી મેથીનાં ઢેબરાને દહીં/અથાણું/ચટણી/ચા સાથે સર્વ કરો)
