Jay is amazing, a very good cook, and he is a professional using a carbon steel wok. Jay even knows how to season the wok. Plus he has very good family members who enjoy eating. That is why cooking is fun. I am reading about the carbon steel wok now.

The green vegetable you ate is call water spinach vege, is popular in certain Asian countries ( Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, China, ) Happy birthday to you Ari 🎁🎂🎉. @@camlee2341 Depend on how they cook this water spinach vege. Vietnamese they take this vege ,together with rice noodle , add some other ingredients make soup. Thai style they can also make it as salad. Malaysian style, stir fry it plainly ( some salt and garlic) or add cut chilli . When eat steam boat this vege can also add into it. So many style of cooking n eating it.

空心菜正名是蕹菜，是旋花科（即牽牛花）的蔬菜。廣東香港地區喜歡白灼（即加鹽油開水煮），然後以加了砂糖和水後煮熱了腐乳醬沾滿菜吃，簡單易煮。不錯的吃法。
