Yes you are right self control is the most difficult thing to do. I used to work in transportation department at Gaylord, working at Gaylord was a big achievement for me,for some it may not be a big deal, but for me it was big deal because l came out from homelessness, that is because l achieved certain level self control, self management .

I used to have out of control volcanic anger that can provoked by the slightest irritation. Thank God , God sent me an angel in human form right in the backyard of my work place, ever since l met this angel in human form l am so transformed to the extent l do remember my past. ❤❤❤❤❤
