Connecting this bottom and top piece of the chair using the 3 screws is not working. The hex screws are coming out of the socket and have nothing to out behind it to hold it in place Please help

What if my chair didn’t come with the inverted screws for the foot pedal what can I use to replace it or what’s the actual name of the two screws?

There is no inverted screw, you simply inserted the foot pedal from the wrong side.

You probably insert the foot pedal from the wrong side, fix it, the pump should work fine, if you watch the video closely, it shows how it should be done, if you still don't get it, give our customer service a call at 6782005083, our technician can help you out.
