ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡುವಂತಹ ಸಾಂಬಾರು | Pumpkin+Raw banana sambar | Sambar recipe | Easy sambar | Sambar
Some combinations are perfect for tasty sambar. This is one of such best combinations. Pumpkin and raw banana (that too hounda breed is best) sambar. Dhania seeds should be added little more than ordinary sambar. That is the only difference. The spices required for masala are red chillies (here Kumte red chillies are used), Dhania, jeera, methi, urad dal, hing. It turns out like a temple style of sambar. It suits to both raw rice and boiled rice.
Ingredients:
Coconut oil 5sp
Dry red chilli 7
Urad dal 1sp
Methi 1/2 sp
Coriender seeds 6sp
Jeera 2sp
Hing one channa size
Toor dal 1cup
Banana 4
Pumpkin
Greated coconut 1
Mustard seed
Curry leaves
Salt to taste
Jaggary
Tamarind
Turmeric powder
Chilli powder
Required water

ಉದ್ದಿನಬೇಳೆ 1ಚಮಚ
ಮೆಂತೆ 1/2ಚಮಚ
ಕೊತ್ತಂಬರಿ 6ಚಮಚ
ಜೀರಿಗೆ 2ಚಮಚ
ಇಂಗು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ
ಬೇಯಿಸಿದ ತೊಗರಿ ಬೇಳೆ 1ಕಪ್
ಬಾಳೆಕಾಯಿ4
ಚೀನಿಕಾಯಿ
ತೆಂಗಿನ ತುರಿ 1&1/2cup
