D4 flashing codes for 1994 to 1997 Honda Accord Easy Guide to Fix

In this video, I go over all the Flashing D4 codes for the 1994 to 1997 Honda Accord 5th Generation, so you know what fixes what. I'm putting this on the internet because there isn't a video to explain what to change. I made a mistake in the video. Code 13 is for the NC sensor at the right front wheel at the 2 o'clock position.
If I got the Shift Lever Position Sensor wrong or the wrong location, let me know.
If you need any help, let me know. I had codes 1, 3, 8, 13, and 14. I was able to fix all of them for less than $100.

Love your video My code is throwing P0780 D4 light flashing. Car is going in to d4 & d2 But not d1 and D3. When you first take off after starting the car in first gear it goes but then when you put it into second gear, it doesn't go until about 7 seconds later it kicks in and then the D4 light starts flashing and then it doesn't go back into first gear or third automatic 2001 Honda Accord 2.3

I believe the Shift Solenoid is the top and the bottom is the Lock Up solenoid, double check that though

pls i need your advice, MY D4 light start flashing when my gear is done selecting while driving, but if i but the car on Neutral or park and off the engine and start again. the D 4 light we not blick until when the gear change to 3 or 4 then it start blinking again. when it start blinking the gear we not select on time.

any one know why I can get a crank but no start with no check engine light, smells like gas is coming out of the exhaust. I have a manual

I have the same problem lol check your distributor make sure it's working & if so check your fuel injectors to make sure they working cause they can stop a car from starting lastly if your still getting the same problem check your exhaust to see if it's clogged

how do i fix my D4 blinking light, the light do come blinking when my gear is done changing to 4, then the light start blinking, if i off the engine and start it we stop then after 3 mins drive it we start blinking again. pls what is the solution.

My Honda shuts off then D4 light blinks and won't start for 20 mins to 40 mins, mine is also a 95 automatic

I had mine fixed when I replaced my vehicle speed sensor. But now d4 is blinking again even though my speedometer is working. Do you know what causes this? Will your video help fix my issue? Thank you!

@@avinashchadee7267 Explain your issue here. With a blinking D4, you have to find the blue fitting under your vehicle's glove box. Pull that out and short the one with TWO connections only. Take a paperclip and put it in. Then turn your vehicle keys to position two ONLY don't turn it over. Watch the blinking lights. Should be long and short. The long one equals 10 and shorts are equal 1. One long and one short would be 11.

I did a scan and both 02 sensors came up. When the d4 light starts blinking the car looses power, starts jerking, misfiring

@@avinashchadee7267 what year is your Accord? 97? I know 95 and older have one O2 sensor.

Clear as mud. You talk too fast and do not fully explain what you are talking about. Not everyone is a mechanic looking for info on something they are not sure or know about. You flew past the D4 information I was looking for and did not say anything helpful.
