Thank you for the video. Both those market areas are mostly geared for tourists, (notice everything also in English) even that I cant believe how cheap everything is. If you go to where the locals shop a little cheaper however be aware they know your a foreigner. Amazing 30,000 Dong is only about $1.20

Did seem very touristy although can't complain about the prices. The food at the BBQ stores look appetising although it looks like it all comes from the same supplier.

Honestly my only problem with vietnam is that I've seen people grilling dog there so I just don't have the same trust for their street food as other places
