We had a off game this game in fact Crew have just been a bit off each league game this year. But are crazy in the champions cup. I hope you had a great time in our city. I was around the north side of the main stand so I was unable to bump into you though I kept a eye out. Love the series you are doing, can't wait to see where you go next.

Yeah our standings and play in the MLS doesn’t account for how good the team actually is. Most of our MLS games so far have been used for squad rotation. Very interested to see what will happen after CCC is over.

My local club. Crazy how you caught us on an off day and we still get a 9/10. Im totally biased but I firmly believe the Crew has the best fanbase in the league just for saving the club alone. Our supporters section, The Nordecke, is also a separate entity from the club and is authentic. League is the secondary focus rn.

I was involved in the early days of the grassroots efforts to save the team and keep it in Columbus in 2017 when ownership tried to pull up stakes and leave town. It all felt like a moonshot at the time, but we weren’t about to let this team go without a fight. This place is truly special, and for a lot of us this is our family. Seeing footage like this and where we are today in 2024 as a franchise, two championships later, the scenes in the stands, on the pitch, the gorgeous facility, it really puts a lump in my throat, man. Thanks for the great coverage. So glad you had a great experience. #crew96

Hell is Real Derby is coldest name for a derby. More appropriate for some eastern european derby 😂

The story behind it is even better. As a Columbus resident we have to drive down I-71 the major freeway to get to Cincy. Some farmer put up a billboard that says Hell is Real on it with the 10 commandments to promote the faith. Every person who has driven between the two cities has seen it, it’s been there for at least 20 years and we decided to adopt it as the name of the derby.

@DaBronco During Leagues Cup, come to the Earthquakes game vs Chivas in Levi Stadium (even though the Quakes play in Payapal Park). You can compare the MLS vs Liga MX fan base in the US! I love the series, and you should do an episode in the future going to a Liga MX game in 🇲🇽, along with these MLS games. Go to either a Chivas (🇲🇽’s most popular team), a Monterrey or Tigres game, and definitely the iconic Estadio Azteca de Club America (🇲🇽’s most successful team)!!!
