RM talked to the company to convince him to return, he also talked to Hoseok. Jungkook did cry but he was also very young. I cannot imagine Bts without Hobi or Jimin, as well as the rest of the members. I had fun watching and you did very well! ✌💜

I personally think you don't need to know everything to be considered an army. As long as you love the boys and their music while respecting their space and privacy, you're a real army. But the staff member remarked on how quickly Jimin would work on improving and that made her want to keep him. This was when Jimin was basically sleeping in the practice room so he could get more practice. He was sleeping only 2-4 hours a night. J-Hope actually did leave but came back due to Jung Kook and RM.

basically the thing about jimin being kicked out was because he was the last to join and didn´t have enough time to practise before they suddenly had to debut. bang pd was running out of money and he got an investor at the last minut so they could affort to debut. so he thought jimin wasn´t ready yet. he never had singing or rap class before debut he only had his basic skils in singing. but the people working for bang pd and the members saw how much jimin had improved, he was the hardest worker of all the trainees. so bang pd accepted him. can you imagine bts without jimin.. i don´t think they would have gotten much attention as jimin was the main pull for fans of diffrent times, after 2018-19 was the biggest but also the begining with his abs and stunts.

So many wrong information about JIMIN. As an old army I say It’s not about kicking out. Producers thought to make Jimin a part of other group after a year maybe. Cause Jimin had the shortest training period (only 6 months, it’s extremely short) Other members were trainees for 2-3 years. But Jimin was so hardworking and talented that he could debut with the group. And even with the shortest training period and without proper lessons Jimin could debut with the best positions (main dancer, lead vocalist). As RM said many times: “There is no BTS without Jimin. We couldn’t achieve anything big without Jimin” Watch “Park Jimin Introduction 2024” to clarify everything. The video is great and accurate. Jimin is now of the the most successful and impactful artists in the world with the biggest fan base.

Thanks - that was so much fun and I loved watching you both enjoy yourselves too! Somehow I managed to get nearly all of them, missing only a few .... yay me! Interesting details from The Brick, concerning V's acting experience (and lack of it. Also - spoiler alert, so if you don;t want certain details from the drama, move on .... When Hwarang was filming BTS were on their world tour - they would fly back to Korea for a cuppla days break before the next concert, and V would not touch down at all but would head straight to the shoot, get levered into costume and make-up and get onto the set. His co-stars, including Park Seo Joon (who is now a very close friend) said they had no idea how he managed to do it, because of the exhaustion. V's part, thankfully was pretty small, but still ... He himself talked about how he struggled. Although he was familiar with camera angles and hitting a mark, he had absolutely no experience of film acting at all - well, any acting, actually. He was at first baffled most of the time, and absolutely terrified. He took PSJ aside and explained that in each scene he had no idea what was happening or what he was meant to be thinking/feeling. From that point on, before each scene PSJ would brief him on what his character was going through at any point in time. V also said that all the other actors were incredibly supportive to him, and he remains close with many of them, including Park Hyun Sik. PHS, PSJ and others have joined V for several mini-documentaries like a wee In the Soop with other actors (I think it's on Disney+). Now for the spoiler, which I include here because it's an example of incredibly sophisticated acting from a totally inexperienced non-actor. I noticed this in a clip on You Tube. In V's final scene in Hwarang, where he has seized the poisoned sword wielded by his step brother, to prevent him from stabbing Dog Bird. V freezes for a moment, but does not shift his posture at all, simply shifting his gaze to the director briefly for an instruction. He receives the required note, and in his next breath he is back in character without hesitation, and continues to complete the scene without fault. That's not easy for any experienced actor to do, and really shows not only how much he learned there from all his hyungs, and his trust in them, but also his raw talent. I don't imagine V will take on any more acting roles, because he still has a lot to say with his music (as well as a life to live!) but he could do it no problem. You can watch Hwarang on Netflix (certainly in the UK still). Another cuppla notes ... J-hope actually left BTS and came back because he trusted the members, and yes, because JK was crying. And of course RM told the company that bTS would never survive without him. And I didn't know Jimin had been actually kicked out - though knew he had been close to that for a long time and incredibly stressed because of it. I also feel that the pressure he was put under (while probably normal for Idol trainees) was unfair. He had never sung before, and they couldn't even afford voice lessons for him - but they paid for Jin and JK! Thankfully, they both tried to teach him what they were learning, and he DID learn. Jimin remained very diffident for years about his singing (and at times in early clips you can see why, when his voice sometimes wavers) but everyone else, from members to staff, universally supported him and told him how well he was doing. Sadly haters in Korea never want to forget, and he still gets unfair criticism.

Looking for comments that corrects that Jimin was kicked out. No. Jimin was never kicked out. Bang PD wanted to let him go due to his dance style. However, the staff talked him into keeping Jimin. Jimin was never dismissed officially, nor unofficially. He only had 6 mos in before they debuted. The other party that almost left was JHope. JK cried and begged and talked with JHope throughout the night and JHope decided to stay.

Technically BTS did debut on June 12th 2013 because that's when the album came out but their first performance was June 13th, so they and most armys treat that as their actual debut. But technically both answers are correct :) '97 liners group chat refers to idols born in 1997, so JK is the only possible answer option for that. '94 liners would be J-hope and RM for example, '95 liners are Jimin and Tae, etc. It's a common term way to refer to people born in the same year in Korea.

Suga and others advocated for him, and he proved himself continually with hard work. J-Hope was on his way out the door, JK started sobbing and begged him to stay either BTS. That started talks, which helped turn J-Hope back to the group. He struggled w/ the pressure, hate, etc. Thank goodness, right! 💜🫰🏼
