There is more to Dad. Live streams were done and deleted. Myself and others have transcribed them on r/dadfeels. Also, the female voice asking Dad to wake up is believed to be Other Daughter. Dad has hinted towards her on stream but also seems to fear her for unknown reasons. There has also been hints that Dad has had an affair with Dianne. Dad has also made references that he believes Mom has been "spending to much time" with Neighbor. One night we witnessed (in text. The screen was black and Dad couldn't talk.) Dad bringing his family on vacation. Then Neighbor showed up. As far as we could tell a fight ensued and the stream ended. The next night everything was fine. Almost as if Dad had been reset. Unfortunately I became very busy with life happening early in this game. While Dad was streaming I had to sleep and free time was just at a premium for me. So thank you Nick for bringing me up to speed with this video. But I promise you there is more to Dad you haven't heard yet.

There have been a few updates since. It seems the character of Cheryl or Mom is in on it. In the most recent video, she is seen with 3 people, as if she was directing a project, and when one makes a comment, the KZfaq agent escorts him out. After a bit, the words "Quantum violation" flash on the screen. Plus, in Little Towels, she's the one who rushes to Dad to feed him from the can of food after Dad takes a bite out of a pancake and comes to his senses, asking "Where am I?" and asking Cheryl "Who are you?" Whoever took Dad and is maintaining him in the server, and whatever it is they're doing with him, Cheryl is in on it. Maybe that's why she has power over the server? Maybe she's part of the team keeping Dad there?

No spoilers, but trust me that's... perhaps not directly relavent per se, but thematically significant, albeit possibly a hat tip to a source of inspiration rather than a clue as such. Moreover, the opening of Act 2 put me very much in mind of the 1976 film The Man Who Fell To Earth, which starred Duncan Jones' dad, David Bowie, who also made pop music from time to time. Again, no spoilers and probably not a clue, but pretty likely an inspiration. Just saying, if it turns out Dad is a spider from Mars, the signs were all there.

EDIT: You also missed the song "Dad Is On" where binary code translates to "Andan come in this is base" and a second message translates to a KZfaq link to a german translation of a clip from Lost. In the clip, a man screams "Andan" many times before a large group of people come (I think Andan means others). So it says "Others, come in this is base".
