Also two fun voic actor things about this episode. Mimzy is voiced by Sarah Stiles who was the voice of Spinel in Steven Universe and previous was in the musical Avenue Q. And the little moment with the Accordion that Lucifer was playing was likely a refrence to the original cast idea for Lucifer to be Weirld Al.

Some things about Lucifer I noticed: He implied very strongly that he’s depressed, and depression can cause memory issues. So likely he was either disassociating or couldn’t recall key details (an example being when Charlie said they talked five months ago and Lucifer seemed uncertain about it). He also likely had trouble connecting with her in her childhood because he was spiralling into sadness since ruling hell, a place he hadn’t meant to create, would have taken a toll on him. And seeing all the evil that he had technically created must have made him decide to seclude himself. I wouldn’t be surprised too if Lilith wanted Charlie to be more willing to empower hell, thus she limited the amount of interactions she had with her father. Also ALSO there is a phenomenon where you can have false memories of your past and your head can make up things that didn’t happen or take away things so I can guess that Charlie convinced herself that her father didn’t want to see her or Lilith told her. Alastor gets furious whenever he`s in the presence of more powerful Demons than himself, the only reason he tolerates Charlie is because she doesn`t flaunt her power because she`s too nice and because of her youth and trusting nature he thinks he can mold her in a way to attain more power in Hell for himself and get out of whatever deal he had with the other Overlords or Lilith that limited his power.

years ago before the series and after pilot there was some beef between lucifer and alastor bk al has many things similar to him in his style like smile everytime and that microphone he has looks alike lucifer's apple thing :D also headcanon that angel saw how husk was on the al's chain and they bond even more bc of that like angel feeles the same w val and it's so sweet how angel and pentious trying to get nifty off the danger 😭
