The plaintiff claims his daughter met the defendant at Alcoholics Anonymous, and they began dating. However, the relationship went south, and the plaintiff alleges the defendant became abusive toward his daughter. The plaintiff gave the defendant a loan to purchase a car, but he has yet to pay it back in full, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant admits he accepted the money, but he insists it was a gift. The defendant also denies the abuse allegations.

One of things they tell you in recovery. Not to get in any relationship for at least two years clean! They weren’t clean , they had no business in a relationship. The plaintiff’s daughter seemed bitter.

JM making jokes, but actually exposes his bible ignorance. BUT in his rambling and joking, he made an accurate statement concerning the earth (or universe) being possibly billions of years old. The universe was definitely not created in six 24-hour days. That's ludicrous and not what the Bible teaches. Genesis 1:1 is the only verse in the Genesis creation account that speaks to creation. Days 1-6 speak to the preparation of the already-created earth for human habitation. Genesis 1:1 does not give a time period. The universe could possibly be billions of years old. That actually makes more sense, scripturally, scientifically, and common sensibly. The "common sense" that humans were created with, but not used a lot in these days.
