You could set up a farm shop on that bit of land maybe in front of the barn. You could sell your eggs and if you kept the area with the bees maybe you could come to a deal with the bee keepers and sell their honey. You could also get the greenhouses up and running and sell the veg from there, as well as all the spuds you’ve still got!

Pretty sure the exhaust was black when it was at the other farm, but it was silver when you brought it back to the yard 🤣

For the vintage tractors it is not about the need anymore for you, it is about the collection and having something to be proud of, keeping them alive.

When you sell your land or the land you leased is sold or given permission to plant a crop, the crop is still yours until the harvest is fully done. When you sell the land there is three opinions 1 you still look after the crop until the harvest 2 the new owner looks after the crop and they get a part of the harvest to pay for there labor 3 when the new owner buys the land they pay you out right for the crop witch make the land price increase. I’m talking about the land of Dennis.

One idea would be to wait until after harvest and use the arable field that is between the house and storage yard as the new chicken pen. I think this location would be a more efficient place to care for the chickens. Then buy the big field and use it for crops and sell the bee hives to help fund the chickens and land.

I think you forgot to change the exhaust colour

You could buy that yard and use it as a hardstanding for cows, it’s a perfect size and even has a wee barn

Buy the other half of field 51 that you didn’t buy when you 1st moved in and use that for the chicken farm

Series idea: Get a group of trusted people and have a survival multiplayer. Take chellington which have alot of farms and help eachother out :) would be a better version om comptetitive multiplayer and you will have more interactions with people

Yeah! Sunday fun. 135 good for windrowing, baling, carting. Buy the new ground and the shed. Cut grass, sell bales. Put in a good crop (soybeans) use harvest money to put up chicken buildings. Sell bee ground too. Sell older gray tractor. Thanks Dagger.

Honestly for your next series you should own something other then a farm. Maybe a country store or a logging operation or even a straw pellet factory

Digwin, thank you for answe the question about the greenhouses and bee hives, Don't sale the land though. Sell off the greenhouse and put a chicken house where they sit. It's all about fully utilizing un-used land without waist money to buy land you already have...just a thought :)

Lovely episode Daggerwin. This really is Survival Roleplay! I have a mad idea for you though. That new land area seems so vast, why dont you do what you planned to do at the start of series 2 and build a brand new farm tailored to Dagwins specific needs? Sell the existing farm once the harvest is complete and use the funds for the build? Dennis would be right next door & it is always interesting seeing you develop a farm from nothing like Survival Challenge.
