Totally agree. We had a great day with it yesterday. Where my jobs are hourly rate I will have to slow down and have more breaks 🤣

@@dagtailgroundmaintenance it really is surprising how much quicker you do job with battery, I would suggest getting the hla66 as well, perfect combination, there are sooo many benefits to using battery, your health being the biggest, but being able to start jobs earlier and with so many now working from home, people don't want a screaming hedge cutter in the garden, battery is a massive selling point to customers. Your have to stretch your t-break a little lol 😅👍

I've got the hsa 86 on order for the more confined areas. Only talking to Mike yesterday about getting the medium sized one. Still going to abuse my petrol equipment for a while but I won't be thinking about replacing

Hi there I have both of those trimmers now , they are great ! Less fatigue when using and I’m working quicker with them . Prob use 66 more . Enjoy mate . Andrew

@@dagtailgroundmaintenance you'll hear the blade's sounding a little rattly when it needs greasing (my Stihl dealer said to keep blade's & gearbox well lubed)

Hi Carl / Mike Another reason to change to battery is you'll never have to pull your guts out again trying start a temperamental 2 stroke in hot weather .

I’ve got the husqvarna battery range which are good but had a lot of trouble with them not working for no reason and had to be taken back and fixed under warranty Unfortunately the husqvarna dealer had so many machines there being repaired that I had to wait nearly a year for one long reach pole pruner 🙆♂️

That's a shame. I think it's just bad luck sometimes. I'm not really sure on the quality as I've only ever has the husky petrol chainsaw.

Good morning. The trimmers last longer than you think. I did a couple of videos in the links below. Barrery for your lovely new growth jobs and petrol for the rougher jobs. That's how we work it. do not leave the hedger out in the hot sun , you see some problem the very hot day's it quit often

Hi looks good, how much? And where is best place to get them from? I’ve looked at them before but big initial investment to buy extra a charger and a couple of batteries.

The best thing to do is ask your local dealer. If you get any warranty issues you want somewhere nearby to take it. I thing in the region of £500. You can probably find cheaper on the Internet but consider the warranty side of things. P.s think about the fuel cost savings over time. Thanks 👍

@grahamwatson6570 I've had a repair done under warranty. I tend to only use it when I really need that extra reach. They should be better but keep in mind they are domestic rated

@grahamwatson6570 very inconvenience having to keep taking back. I think mine will be out of warranty soon. I don't think I will want to spend money on repairs
