Preparation time - 30 minutes
Serving - 5
Ingredients:
Boiled potatoes - 500 gms
Curd/yogurt - 3 tbsp (no flavour)
Onion-2 (chopped)
Green chilli-2
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1.5 tsp
Red chilli powder-1.55 tsp
Cumin seeds-1 tbsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Garam masala powder-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves
Cooking oil- 5 tbsp

Mazaa aa gaya...I am a doctor who started cooking in lockdown...and now my wife and daughter want that I should be the "official cook" of my home...my wife feels I have some talent for cooking...but actually it is people like Kabita ji and other KZfaqrs who post such wonderful recipes...I follow their recipes...simple...of course there are a lot of people who suddenly started cooking during this time but are not successful in making good food. A big shout out to Kabita ji for her wonderful recipes.

I tried this. Tastes amazing. Thank you Kabita di. Perfect recipe to try during lockdown will instantly lift your mood up. 1 tip- you have to wait 5 min after adding ginger garlic paste before adding curd. So you can switch off gas, listen to boro loker beti go lomba lomba chul twice and then add :)
