Aaj ki video mein hum share karengey Rajasthan ki famous Dahi wale Aloo ki sabzi - jiski gravy itni special hogi ki aap isey Roti ke alawa Chaawal se bhi kha sakte hain :)
Ingredients for this recipe -
दही वाले आलू की सब्जी
आलू (मध्यम आकार) - ३ (२५० ग्राम)
दही - १ कप
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - १ छोटा चम्मच
हल्दी पाउडर - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
नमक - १ छोटा चम्मच
धनिया पाउडर - २ छोटा चम्मच
देशी घी - २ चम्मच
लहसुन (कटा हुआ) - ५ कलियां
जीरा - १ छोटा चम्मच
हरी मिर्च - २, कटी हुई
अदरक - १/२ इन्च
कढी पत्ता - ८ से १० पत्ते
हींग - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
प्याज (बडा आकार) - १, कटा हुआ
टमाटर - १, कटा हुआ
गरम मसाला - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
धनिया के पत्ते - कटे हुए

Dahi wale Aloo ki sabzi
Potato (medium size) - 3 (250 gm)
Curd/ Yogurt - 1 cup
Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Coriander seeds powder - 2 tsp
Desi Ghee - 2 table spoon
Garlic (chopped) - 5 cloves
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Green Chilli - 2, chopped
Ginger - ½ inch
Curry leaf - 8 to 10 leaves
Asafoetida - ¼ tsp
Onion (big size) - 1, chopped
Tomato - 1, chopped
Garam Masala - ½ tsp
Coriander leaves (chopped)

I prepared it today, was very good, my family liked it a lot. I just altered a little to avoid excess use of oil. I used boiled potatoes instead of fried ones. And I used lesser quantity of oil, and also added some green peas. Just make sure curd u use is not sour. Overall a good recipe to save it for an easy menu.
