Ingredients-
1.5 cup moong dhuli dal
Salt to taste
1 tsp cumin seeds

1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp ginger
3 tbsp gramflour or as required
1 tsp chilli flakes
2 tbsp mustard oil
1 sachet eno fruit salt
For Water
1 tsp black salt
1 tsp ginger
Green chilli
Pinch of asafoetida
Dahi Bada Masala
3 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp carom seeds
1 tsp black pepper powder
2 tsp deggi mirch powder
2 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp mint powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black salt
