I just discovered you three weeks ago. I love your personality and your sense of humor. This is my summer to learn how to draw faces. With practice and your class instruction I am already getting better,, hooray. Thank you so much.

I have never taken an art course, and spent my whole life aching to create. But, thanks to a teacher in elementary school who gave us an art test before we could sign up, I sent through life telling myself I am not an artist because I couldn’t reproduce an exact drawing to her satisfaction. You are giving me my soul back. Thank you so so much! 🤍

I have never enjoyed a face video like this one! You are silly, helpful, distracted, insightful, smart, and ohhhhh, soooo much fun!!! I am loving this so much! Incidentally, the USED 100 faces book is now retailing for $150. Luckily, she has all her faces on her website!!!

Omg! I cannot believe the difference this little class has made. I signed up for a face class but there was absolutely no direction about drawling the face .. I was so disappointed. I found YOU and thought maybe there’s something here. I can now draw a face and not something that looks questionable … thank you! What a talent you have for teaching. You’ve found you’re ‘what to do’ in this world! I am grateful. Will be checking out your classes! Thank you thank you thank you🙏🏻

I have a lot of those one-eyed beauties. I appreciate the levity and the honest approach to your drawing. Repetition obviously is the key, and not over-rating oneself. The journey in my own short artistic learning, has been challenging, which I am game for. But the unexpected wonders that occur can surprise you as well as others. This is where the danger of continuance may arise. Stay humble and open to new learning challenges. I keep sketchbooks and find inspiration thumbing through them. KZfaq provides wonderful teachers as yourself. So many. Thank you, Dina. I am now a new subscriber.

I thought I could never draw a face. My first drawing and my second were so different. You made me a believer. I like your free expression, it feels very satisfying to watch your style of creation. This is true art, expressing yourself just the way you want. I have been waiting for a teacher like you all my life. Thank you for making this intimidating drawing, easy to follow and pleasant.

I remember drawing my first face in one of your Australian workshops, I was blown away idid quite a few more . Unfortunately I hit a big bad block and haven't crafted for over 2years, I watching all my favourite crafty peeps after my last surgery 3 months ago. Seeing your faces again has pumped some enthusiasm back in my views, was tiding my space on Saturday and came across everything from the 3 workshops I did its a sign LOL, with finding this face drawing video and my workshop drawings...

Great tutorial. I learned a lot. Faces have been so intimidating. Thank you. One thing that has bothered me in art journal faces/fashion magazines is that many faces look soulless or sad. How do we make happy, inspiring, and joyful faces?

my first time on your yt channel ,,... I don't know if I can commit to 100 faces I have done something similar ,,, I took an older much older accounting textbook 500+pages and did a face on every page.. on and on very fast. I do use copy paper for my watercolors even but it is all just like scrap work this was very informative and is helping me make faces so much better.. thanks so much ,, I have put my faces first 7 pages on my youtube community part of my main yt channel 000 question to people who know ,,, what video of Dian's should I watch next???
@RamoArt3 ай бұрын
That is such a great idea! How long did it take you to do those 500 faces? With sketchbooks I get kind of scared to create something that's not up to my standards. If I used an old book that would not be an issue. And if I created something truly amazing I can take it out and use it for collage! I'm feeling soo inspired! Thank you for sharing this idea

@@Jkdmoore wow you paid $35 ...have you recieved it hun...is it a good book worth the money you paid...?...to be fair it does look like a good book for inspiration . It says on amazon that the 1st edition was printed in 2009 ..so cant understand why people are selling them at ridiculous prices... I havent checked ebay yet so i might have a gander on that. ? Do you think the "Thrift book website" would post out to uk...?.. thank you hun for letting me know about the book website . Hope all is safe & well 😁🌻
