A huge thank you to Carlo for taking the time to chat last Saturday lunchtime (4th June) and the kind gift of some fruit from your garden (which was delicious!) from the bag he was taking to his parents. Thrilled to also meet Hollie and Indie, who were so fun and adorable together. Big fan of your channel, been watching from the start and it was my first trip to Positano, Amalfi and Ravello (inspired by your videos) on the 3rd attempt, due to lockdown cancellations over the last 2 years. I had just completed the Path of the Gods, walked round from Nocelle and down your 800 steps (well actually, I walked down the wrong steps first and had to go all the way back up and back down the right ones. ha!) in 36 degrees, so I greatly appreciate Carlo not running away when he was greeted by a sunburnt, sweaty Englishman calling out ‘Hello Everywhere’ at the bottom. It really made my trip to meet them and I hope to visit again one day to see more of the many wonderful places your videos take us all too. Have a fantastic summer! :)

We are all just barely recovering from two hard years during the pandemic . Pressure has been real Nicki and we are all entitled to an off day. Hi: Everybody was so worried about Indie...and, of course, with good reason...but she sailed right through her recovery, and is even more active than ever!! We loved the whole video, and certainly hope you both never stop being "normal folks"...that is the charm of your work, and the reason we watch...stay safe, and "normal"...and you will have lots and lots of followers!! I feel like I'm walking with you, riding on your scooter, eating with you, picking up indie. It's such fun. Like being in positano. I think we should be able to read the moment, also. If a person is having a rough day, we can smile and offer to help. Just because I'm on vacation, doesn't mean I can't lend a hand or notice someone who is having a tough moment. Anyway, that's what i would want when I'm having that kind of day, kindness.

I can only imagine how tricky it is to be approached unexpectedly; of course this means that there are times that you are busy, or cross, or hot!! Hello from the west coast of Canada! I'm seriously considering moving to Italy to pursue a dream and love your videos because they do show a bit of the day to day life to give me glimpses into what a life in Italy can look like. It can't all be ocean vistas, and so these peeks into the just-daily-things of your lives there is great to see. Particularly love the gardening and veggies but totally understand that's not what people want to see in videos about Positano. :) Promise not to shout, I might say "Scuzi, Lei Nicki Positano?" :)

Your intro made me so emotional, I just love the music you chose for that. Then to see the update with Indie, I was so happy for all of you that she made it through. I’m sure Holly was happy to have her playmate back too. To hear you describe your horrible day when your job was canceled and then back on again, boy I was horrified that someone could treat you like that. But, at the same time I thought, wow, how dedicated you are to your work to still go back after that! If that happened to me probably would’ve told them to bugger off.

Your garden is beautiful ! My Nonno used to keep a vegetable garden and grow his grapes too. My brother used to help him. We lived in a 3 family apt building with lots of land in New York. 💕it’s nice to go out to the garden and sample something to eat. I've got to say, Nicki, you and Carlo are just delightful. I'm sure when you started this KZfaq journey, you may not have given much thought about how it would be if your channel got popular and you were recognized. Positano is such a small place, and you guys are recognizable by your kind, lovely faces (your British accent and Carlo's wonderful smile). You are so gracious to invite people to say hello to you, which can I imagine can be intrusive or inconvenient depending on what you are doing. You never need to apologize for being human or having a bad day. I hope that people respect your privacy when the moment calls for it. As someone who has been wanting to visit the Amalfi coast for all of my adult life, I thank you so much for showing us around your beautiful little corner of the world. Thanks for your true confession. Living transparently is the only way. I've been to Positano a few years before COVID. I have to say, if I get to come back to that magical coastline, I would be so delightful to run into you and Carlo. Everyone is human and everyone has good and bad days, that’s life. We are privileged to share your life. We visit Positano every year (when staying in Sant Agnello) a couple of years ago we saw Elizabeth taking people to the boats, So glad Indie is much better it was lovely seeing her running around and playing with Holly. X

I love your videos, not only are they beautiful but they are authentic. We can tell when you’re worried, annoyed with rude comments we can also tell when you’re feeling particularly good about things, we can see how much you love your family and friends and animals. The authenticity makes your vldeos that much more interesting. I follow several people on KZfaq and I find myself so much more interested in those who show a little bit more of “real” life than those who make beautiful but emotionally more sanitized videos. It takes talent and courage to be even a little vulnerable on camera. Thank you! ❤️ also, I’m so glad to see Indie doing so well. 💕
