I met Billy when he came to Perth and he was simply just so kind and even though it was only a 10 minute conversation with him it was clear how much of a kind, loving and smart person he is. cubing will never be the same without Daily puzzles and we will never forget the amazing cubing store.

Idk if you remember me but I was featured in one of your videos about ordering puzzles from the states(Tennessee) and you and Billy have always been so genuine and accessible from the beginning. He’s also gone out of his way to get me limited edition product that was not available anywhere else and give it to me at normal retail price no less. I wish Billy nothing but the best in his future endeavors and as sad as this news is I’ll remember the joy that Dailypuzzles has brought to me over the years!

Daily Puzzles were a pillar of the speedcubing community, especially in the Australian cubing scene and it's a real shame to see them close their doors. As you say, competition is always good for the community. What they've done is beyond impressive and nothing will take away the legacy they've left. Yeah it's very sad how DailyPuzzles is closing down, but it's lasted such a long time and I'm pretty sure Billy was happy with what he had. He didn't want the money, he wanted the happiness

once i met billy at a comp and i asked him if he could help me fix my square 1. for the next 20ish minutes he really tried but at the end it fully broke. he gave me a free mgc square 1 which was way better than my $5 one. my hope,goes out to billy and i hope we still see him at comps. ❤

I live in the US and despite having closer cubing stores I have ordered from Daily Puzzles several times. They always had excellent sales, and shipping wasn’t anymore expensive than if I purchased it here in the states. My heart breaks for Billy and company. I've been Cubing for some time now and watching your videos. But even tho i havent ordered from there yet it is very sad that he has to shut down this Company. And that with his sick mother its just a lot of preassure. I hope he gets better again and his mom aswell.
