Forgot to add. I have mini Alpine goats and make yogurt 3 or 4 times a week. Fantastic.

I recommend that you get a Luvele yogurt maker. I have 1 angel I love it. It makes 24 hour yogurt at a lower temperature so all of the good bacteria is preserved. They can be ordered on line. Good luck.

This is my first time watching one of your videos. I agree that the fresh goat milk I’ve drunk from neighbors’ and friends’ goats has been indistinguishable from cows milk. I see that you live in Tennessee. What part of the state are you in?
