Is it really true that you won't have to water often, even if it's in a very arid climate with not much rain?

Does rain harvesting work if land is completely hard black rock inside ? I want to dig 8 feet deep and 6x6 to leave rain water into that digged area

I recently hooked up a system for catching rain water. We went with a diverter, which is supposed to help with debris removal, but love your idea. Seems like it will work well. Maybe on my next barrel 😊

Despite the crime in Nashville and Memphis, and Knoxville, I think Tennessee is one of the best states. 4 seasons, mountains, valleys, farmland, centrally located, and lots of people who homestead. Someday I hope and pray that I'll have 5-20 acres in Tennessee, so I can have some livestock. Thank you for sharing this about the Nubians. They seem like a great choice.

We use neem oil here in India to do the same after a quick brushing, as flies can lay eggs in their fur and that can cause skin infection and lead to even worse conditions so treat them from the root

Queen Anne’s lace also usually has a black dot in the middle, my mom told me when I was a kid it was because when Queen Ann was darning her lace, she pricked her finger on a carriage ride and then threw the bloodstain lace onto the side of the road where it turned into a flower

What's your spacing when planting for upward growth? I assume you can plant closer than if on the ground or no?

Way closer. This was last year so if I remember correctly I think I went as close as 6 inches. That might be a little close for plant competition but it still worked out pretty well as you can see.

I have analyzed and realized that your KZfaq channel is not progressing and improving. It is responsible for: 1. Channel videos are not properly SEO 2. Videos are not reaching the people 2. There is no rank tag in the Video 3. Video SEO score is 16 out of 100 but SEO score should be 90+ to rank video 5. Channels tags not good quality 6. No video tag and other technical problems Do you want all the problems solved? I can help you.

How does the block stay intact when instead of the roots you only have one seed 🤔
@LittleFarmLand
@LittleFarmLand 2 ай бұрын
It’s a healthy balance of not letting it get too dry or too wet. If I leave stagnant water in the trays, it will slowly dissolve the blocks and if the blocks get too dry, they can crumble a bit easily, but they also do pretty well if I do, let them get a little dry without them crumbling.
@LittleFarmLand
@LittleFarmLand 2 ай бұрын
I actually should also add that once the blocks have a decent amount of roots growing through them they hold together a lot better and I don’t have to be so careful watering them
