today we are taking a look at the Daisen the newest Steel ships to come to world of warships legends. This Japanese battleship is a brawler.

I just wish we could trade elite xp for steel (a reasonable amount) All of these mid tier 8s are annoying me

I hate Steel ships. I will never be able to get enough steel for any of them. I’ve been playing the game for 2ish years and have maybe 5500 steel. War gaming, let people buy steel.

I started playing back in July and have bought the Salem and still have 10k steel left over after some epic/legendary mods

I mean you can “buy” steel but it’s by buying through the WHOLE campaign at the beginning of the update 😅😂

You get around 2k steel almost every update. Run your legendary premium supplies, do your other missions. Also you can finish the campaign early every update without buying out the campaign. Then you get more steel. Also recommend joining a fleet that has full steel upgrades. Edit: you also receive steel in ranked, arena, and brawl

I don’t understand what they are doing with steel ships… the USS Missouri made sense, historical significance is a big part of why some enjoy this game. Maybe I’m ignorant, but do the Salem and Diasen hold the same prestige?

If the Missouri makes sense to you because it's a historical ship, then why does Salem not make sense. It's a real ship.

@@beh.r_co-mando.1374 being real and being historically significant aren’t the same thing. WW2 was signed on the deck of the Missouri. Salem and Diasen aren’t in quite the same league.

It’s a toss up for me… MISSOURI or DAISEN… perhaps, by the time I’ve earned enough STEEL, another option will be added and/or a buff/nerf will happen.

Kondo is definitely an excellent option for other BBs also. Why would you spec him for secondaries when you can create a fire resistant tank build? A stealth Yamato with 4 or 5 heals has been working pretty well.

at best this should've been a gxp ship.. idk who thought it was worth the steel.. btw .sometimes I find your builds just dont make sense. like why would have an inspiration to buff your range then pick brawler!? just dont use brawler the reload isn't worth it

5 years In and I have about 18.5K Steel im just still gonna Save, but Daisen does look good for Secondaries and or Accuracy

I probably would save up the steel, but that's cause I have cyber ship hoarding tendencies and want them all.

The campaign ship and the steel ship was definitely a let down. I actually enjoyed last campaign ship alot more surprisingly Basically if you have iwami or prinz ruprecct your not missing out. There's just other ships that do it better

I understand this is not a ship for average player but calling it a flop is quite disappointing to hear from a veteran like you 🙂 I find it a tons of fun and doing quite well if you are playing aggressively. Yeah average player should save the steel and better play hotel Yamato 😊

25K is WAY too high, 15K or 17.5K would be better

Daisen is not a good steel ship I had the Steel so went ahead 🤨 first game was disappointing 3-4-5th same “underwhelmed “ better trc tree ships like Rubrick ( not sure of spelling )
