Eating healthy foods like fruts and vegies Drinking lot of water Sleep early 8-12 hours of sleep its better that to sleep early than to wakeup lately Exercise regularly make your body sweat Be positive in life not in covid If you are allergic in face mask its better to use silk satin face mask Do a skincare that your skin not irritate non comedogenic and it does't clog your pores Be gentle when you are applying products Just remember that you are beautiful just be yourself:) stay safe!

It works for someone who has suffered from severe acne for all her life. And drugs never helped me long term. Yes, this can work for some people incl me and I hope more people understand that they don't have to get drugs to heal their skin problems. Drug doesn't bring long term results (at least never for me). If anyone is interested, I've put up a KZfaq video few weeks ago on my account of my battle with acne. Some points mentioned here was what I mentioned as well :)

I’ve literally tried everything possible, both medical services and diy still my acne keeps coming back. I’ve decided to carry my face with pride and not let it affect my confidence. People still ask me if I’m sick just by looking at me but I’m slowly getting used to it. At least I know I didn’t create myself and the fact that I’ve got acne is not my making😊 Update: I recently started taking “seven seas cod liver oil plus multivitamins” capsule got it for $16 and my Face is completely smooth, haven’t had any breakouts in like two weeks. So so excited and I hope it’s a lasting effect.

I know this sounds so cliche but drink more water. For scars I like using Neosporin to heal better rather than if it was done with no aid. You can only try your best to manage it using products that safely and nicely cleanse and soothe and find some lifestyle changes, like maybe upping consumption on certain foods that will help, or understanding if there is a hormonal connection. Even if there is, there will always be a way to manage it so you feel like a normal person with less hinderances from acne (which can hurt) And yeah, you can still rock with acne!

I wanted to add, you should not pick nodular acne, but if you do and you create a wound, use ground Pink Himalayan sea salt and dissolve in hot water in a bowl and take a wash cloth and use it as a compress. This will reduce swelling, drain infection and speed up healing. Then apply bacitracin suave and let heal. But definitely do sea salt compresses morning and night.

I think she’s got nodulocystic acne, we’ve tried lots of products so far for 3 years and it still keeps getting worse. Been telling her we need to try checking out her lifestyle and internally how we can improve since products we apply on it don’t work.

One thing I tell all kids I wish I’d been exposed tooo was cryotherapy balls *highly recommend* and making your own mask. Just by doing your research you’ll be amazed what you have in your cabinets. If you don’t have a routine try this one. Cleanser, steam (fill pot w/ water put towel over your head) *plz make it comfortable for yourself*, extract *only with tissue wrapped 3/4 times around your finger tips* , last but not least the homemade mask that worked for me to balance my PH was lemon- kills bacteria aspirin- works as O2/oxygen 1 tbsp (crush all in bag store into bottle for future honey (try to use Mexican one w/ honeycomb inside)- heals skin, scarring. *mix/add ingredients until it is paste like* apply for 15-20mins *remember what is comfortable for you* Rinse with cold. then rub out ur face w/ the cryo balls until defrosted, after apply a tea tree toner, and your moisturizer last. *daytime always have sunscreen in ur routine* Sometimes I even just make a whole batch and throw it into the fridge use it in the future. Hope this helps you ❣️❣️❣️

@@annhazelrama3590 hello! What I do when I first had a nodular acne two years ago is that I change my skincare routine and be careful on the products that I applied on my face since the products I used before have harmful chemicals that damage my skin so bad (my skin barrier was severely damaged) that I started having nodular acne even now it still came back once in a while. Mine worsen pa when I applied a spot cream, the pus didn't came out so it kind of spread out on my cheeks near the nodular acne. What helps me is using light cleanser and my hg niacinamide serum from apotheke. That's what I'm only using rn since I have recurrent contact dermatitis and need to tone down my skincare routine.

this video helped me so much. i’m still not really sure which kind of acne i have though. my skin is so severely sensitive. i have tried antibiotics for it and everything. i have had it worse this past year even though i’ve had it for about three years. i will be 16 next month. i have never felt so insecure in my life and just felt disgusted with myself. i have tried everything you named and it feels like nothing helps. i stay so consistent and i just never see a change. it is so disheartening and absolutely EXHAUSTING and draining to have to deal with such severe, acne prone combination skin especially as a teenager in todays society where people are so hateful and judge-mental such as saying things as i need to clean my face more or comparing me and my skin conditions to others.
@kokoronohikari
@kokoronohikari 10 ай бұрын
If your skin is sensitive, you could still use salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide but you might have to find lower concentrations, or if those don't work for you or cause too many side effects, there's probably alternatives to those acne treatments that are clinically proven and just as effective - your skin may react differently to something that is effective for most people so you kinda have to try different products to see what gives you the best results with the least side effects. If you've applied sunscreen to your face during the day, make sure you wash it off thoroughly and completely before you go to sleep since this can cause breakouts (I learned this the hard way!). You could also try microfiber face towels instead of regular face towels and make sure your pillow covers/cases are washed regularly. Avoid touching your face, especially with your hands (you'd be surprised how much we touch our faces unconsciously throughout the day!) as this just introduces more bacteria to your skin. I once read an anecdote that one person had acne for years and treatments didn't seem to help, until they switched the temperature of the water they were using to wash (I believe it was from hot/warm to cold water) and their acne miraculously started to go away on its own - it could be something as simple as that! It may not necessarily be the acne treatment that is not effective, but an external factor that is rendering your efforts useless. Also, you're a teenager: your body's hormone levels are probably on a rollercoaster ride and that can also affect acne (that's why some women/girls have breakouts around their periods or if they take birth control, no matter their age). You might just have to wait it out and when your body's done with puberty, which could last into your 20s, your acne will, mostly if not completely, go away. That was the case with me: as a teen, I wasn't consistent with skincare even though some were effective and then the effectiveness wore off but after my body 'settled', my facial acne mostly went away on its own. I still get breakouts even as an adult but it's definitely better than when I was younger. Don't stress so much (surprisingly, that can also cause breakouts) about this and make sure to get plenty of sleep. For some people, clear skin comes naturally or effortlessly yet for others, they can do everything right and still have acne - we need to learn to be happy with the skin we have (our skin has a tough job, it's just playing its role in keeping us alive!). You're more than your skin, but you're young and it's understandable that this is impacting your self-esteem - just remember that there are and have been plenty of beautiful and attractive people who were ugly ducklings when they were younger!

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS INFORMATIONAL VIDEO! I have been dealing with what i now know is nodual acne since I turned 13 or 14 . I have them on both sides on my face, alot on my chest and upper back. I have tried multiple creams and taken shots directly to each one and they seemed to somewhat work but it stopped. And i know its also about consistency with this condition but do you have any further tips of permanently getting rid of these bumps entirely?

I think I have cystic acne, but I am very active, get lots of sleep, eat healthy, and wash my face. I only have it on my forehead. But I do have dermatillomania, I have tried everything to stop from picking at them but it’s so painful. It’s gotten to the point where even if I leave it alone for a week it will continue to get worse and worse.

I have nodular acne. Im not completely covered but it has gotten worse overtime. I've started getting them around my neck etc, as well as my usual jawline and cheeks, sometimes forehead and above my eyebrow. I've tried almost every topical treatment under the sun, and my lifestyle is as healthy as it will ever be. Nothing I've tried has worked. You'd think by age 23 acne would've fucked off by now.

I don't worry about Whiteheads or Blackheads as much compared to Cystic and Nodular acne. The Cystic acne is mainly around my chin, and it just hurts man like I don't know how else to describe it. And I have a couple nodular bumps around my inner cheek and the bridge of my nose. These suck the most, because they're essentially landmines that I can't touch or irritate too much or they enflame.

OH MY GOD LISTEN I've always had nodular acne and I started picking at my skin hen i was 12 bc of trauma and anxiety. It turned into trichomoniasis and it was so bad i would go into trances for 2 hours and just pick. I finally got over it at like 18 by literally tying my hands. Buy i still get nodular breakouts and it's so hard not to fall back into picking

Liz! Thank you so much for the informative video! I'm just wondering, for the over the counter products that you recommend (salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide), I just want to clarify that you're recommended those in their purest form? And not like a saclicylic acid cleanser? Also are you able to clarify when and how to apply these products? Would it for example, be applied after cleansing the face? Or in replacement of toners? Also would you apply to only the problem ares or to the whole face? Apologies for all the questions and thank you so much I'm advance!!❤
@prettyprogress23
@prettyprogress23 3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching! Yes I recommend to use a gentle cleanser (one that doesn't strip your skin from its natural oils), then treatment (this is a lotion/gel with your main active ingredient. Do not use in purest form. Start from 2% onwards - salicylic acid/benzoyl peroxide) then follow up with a gentle moisturiser. You can use a toner after cleansing/before treatment if you feel like your skin needs that extra cleanse/gentle form of exfoliation. I would recommend to apply the treatment on affected areas (thin layer) for more even application, so avoid spot treating. However, always patch test first to see how your skin reacts to this active treatments. I personally found more success with 2.5%-5% benzyol peroxide over salicylic acid but each to their own. Good luck!

Ok... I don't know if this will help anyone but it helped me!! I had a different types of inflammatory acne on my face mostly on the sides and on my forehead around my brow area. It was because I had shaved my face... I don't know what I did wrong but I shaved my face twice and had the same reaction so I won't be doing it again. I treated by mixing some ingredients. I didn't use measurements and just stopped when my ancestors told me to. Olive oil Honey Vitamin E 5 Lavender EO 3 Tea Tree EO Jojoba Oil Aspirin I heated up a bowl of hot water and with the ingredients in a separate container put them in the hot water and mixed. I put the aspirin in a separate bowl with just water and crushed it and mixed it into a little paste. Took the container with the other ingredients out of the hot water and add the aspirin paste. Mixed that together and put it on my face for 30 min then went and showered. It literally only took 3 mins to make. Ask me any questions.😘
