I saw this episode back in the '90s and I have been making it for my family ever since. It is our family's favorite meal! I make it when the kids are sick and at Christmas. It just makes everyone happy!

Make it your way. Let her do it her way or go to another channel next time. It is not written in cement. She uses the rice she wants and it is up to you to make it your way. She explained why she used long rice.

I'm sorry I love Daisy she's a great chef and I love her awesome personality but paella does not have olives and also it's made either by Valencia rice or arroz bomba😊
