■ Ingredients:-
◆ to make pani pudla:-
● 1 cup fine rice flour (200 grams)
● salt as per test
● water as requirement
◆ to make Hari Mirchi sabji:-
● 3 to 4 Bhavnagari green chillies and 3 to 4 spicy green chillies
● 2 tbsp oil
● 1 tsp mustard seeds
● 1 tsp fennel
● Asafoetida 1 pinch
● Turmeric 1/4 tsp
● 1 tsp red chilli powder
● salt as per taste

Rice dosa names is different between Gujarat and North Canara. But same dosa. Secondly take a big stainless steel mug with handle and pour it around in one go. Chilli first I thought it is Capsicum. Then description says the two chilli variety. Excellent recipe. Similar to this Rajasthani has a dish with carrots and green chilli with dal spice powder in butter milk. That I was served with puri besides Aloo Sabri. Carrot was placed with salt and chilli centre addition.
