@ActivityPhoto - merritt is exactly right; the passenger side of the car has the new LAT-NR LED taillight kit installed, while the stock bulbs are on the driver's side. We shot this clip just to illustrate how much faster the LEDs are compared to regular incandescent bulbs. Typically a heavy duty flasher, available from your favorite local parts store, or a solid-state flasher from Dakota Digital is all that is required to operate these taillight systems.

It has been my experience that the grounding on the Impala tail lights is rather weak. You have to create a better ground to the chassis. Hope this helps.
