It turns out to be a custody battle because of Sam's illness and the capacity of raising a child. The film is rated PG-13, Drama, 2001, Directed by Jessie Nelson.
Dakota is the youngest nominee at age 8 for the SAG Award.

Look at her facial expression and you will see a grownup actress within the body of a kid. She was only five years old being interviewed in this clip. It was completely amazing!

Dakota Fanning is one of the most adorable actresses as a child and I would have to say that I’ve only seen 1 other like her and that would be Shirley Temple. Her maturity and charming personality is just amazing. It’s good to see her still acting today in 2023.

Dakota was beyond phenomenal in Twilight and you must of not seen The Runaways and Push! Both phenomenal films and she was beyond amazing in both of them!

No he doesn’t. If there is any awkwardness, which I don’t think there is, it’s because he is trying to interview a 7 year old in a professional setting. I don’t see anything wrong, personally.

terrible interview. it's like the interviewer supposedly brought his level of questioning down to that of a ten year old's....which, coincidentally, isn't too far away from his level of thinking. unbelievable.
