Basmati Rice - 1 Cup
Moong Dal - 1/4 cup
Ghee - 4 Tbsp
Jeera - 1 tsp
Red Chilli - 3
Onion - 1
Tomato - 2
Chopped Garlic - 1 Tsp
Green Chilli - 2 chopped
Ginger - 3/4 tsp
Coriander
Lemon Juice - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Coriander Powder - 3/4 Tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Salt to Taste

In my small instant pot, I put 2 cups of ponni rice and 1 cup of moong dal and I kept it in pressure cook for 8 min with 8 cups of water . I also kept in lo pressure fir w min and released the pressure manually and the rice and dal came cooked perfectly 🥰
