அருமையா சொன்னீங்க. நன்றி சார். சின்ன திருத்தம். அரிசீம்பருப்பில் கடலெண்ணெய் அல்லது தேங்காயெண்ணெய்ல தான் சமைப்போம். நல்லெண்ணெய் சேர்க்க மாட்டோம்.. சாம்பார் மிளகாய் தூள் போட மாட்டோம் சார். அதில் காரத்துக்கு பச்சை மிளகாயும் வரமிளகாய் மட்டும் தான். முக்கியமா அரிசீம்பருப்பில் பூண்டு சீரகம் ஒன்னுக்கு பாதியா இடிச்சுபோடனும்.. மணம் தூக்கும்.. அதோட இளம் தேங்காய்.. அதாவது இளநி நிலை கடந்த தேங்காயை பொடியா நறுக்கி போட்டா சாப்பிடும்போது அதோட ருசியை தூக்கி தரும். பிளேட்ல போட்டு தேங்காயெண்ணெய் ஊத்தி சாப்பிட்டு பாருங்க.. நெய்யை கொஞ்சம் பின்னுக்குதள்ளி வச்சுடுவீங்க. பிரியாணிக்கு சால்னா தயிர் பச்சடி போல.. அரிசீம்பருப்புக்கு தொட்டுக்க ஊருகாயும் ..அப்பளம்.. முக்கியமா தயிர் தேவை..

This will be the first recipe they teach us when we go out of our houses..... What I use for right consistency: 1:2 for rice and 1:1 for dal... If I take 1cup rice and 1/2cup dal then I use 2.5 to max 2.45 cups of water ... But I use PC

எங்க வீட்டில் நீங்க செய்தது போலவே தான் அரிசிம்பருப்பு சாதம் செய்வோம். சாம்பார் பொடி மட்டும் கம்மியா போடுவோம். இதுல கெட்டி தயிர் (அ) தேங்காய் எண்ணெய் (அ) நெய் (அ) கத்தரிக்காய் உருளைக்கிழங்கு பொரியல் வெச்சு சாப்பிட்ட அட்டகாசமா இருக்கும்

This is called kichadi in Maharashtra. I still remember having it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Side dish was one medium sized potato. Costed me just Rs.2 then. This went for 6 months.

No we use sambhar powder. But it's taste doesn't make sambhar rice or bisibella bath taste it's taste totally different from sambhar rice and bisibella bath
